I have now bought 5 cars from Jaguar Orlando. Jaguar produces a truly fine automobile that provides an excellent driving experience. More importantly, Jaguar Orlando makes the purchase and ownership experience exceptional. Without exception, everyone in the dealership is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They make it clear from the very first contact that they are glad to see you and totally committed to your happiness with the purchase, driving, and owning of a fine car. I can say from experience that the concern is consistent throughout the entire ownership time. The service department is as excellent as the sales - friendly, professional, and exceptionally well trained. The car is always repaired right the first time and returned sparklingly clean inside and out. Taking the car in for service is a great experience. The showroom, waiting area, and even the shop are immaculate and bright. Everyone is glad to see me and takes time to visit - and this includes the service writers, mechanics, sales people, and concierge. This glowing review has been developed from my purchase and ownership of 5 different cars spanning the entire existence of Jaguar Orlando. That is why I am a dedicated customer and will be way into the future.

I have bought many high end cars from every brand and dealership but Gary was truly exceptional. On the day I bought my F type I was also at Fields BMW comparing and test driving an M4. The difference in the experiences were night and day. Not just this experience but against many other car buying experiences Gary really stood out. I visited on the Saturday, Gary understood my needs instantly and read me like a book. Within minutes we were test driving and he really sold the car potential. He had clearly listened to my needs. Very few sales guys do that the these days and wonder why they dont sell. He never pushed, knew my buying position and just kept in touch in a friendly patient way. Once I decided to proceed he came to my office and delivered the paperwork. The deal was signed at a great price, terms and process. We then met today for the handover where he took the time to show my son the car and all the other stunning cars in the showroom. The experience over 6 days was truly flawless. Dont go anywhere else. They have many brands, great cars, but most of all a fantastic sales guy in Gary.

I am a Jaguar XJ/SC owner. Have never been more impressed with service at any dealership. Corbet the service consultant is exceptional, friendly and always on point. I am always kept aware of what is being done and how much time it is going to take. Jared the mechanic is always thorough and explains everything he is doing clearly. In fact almost every time I have been in there for service they have done more than what is asked of them with a great attitude. Sales reps are knowledgeable and not pushy. I have dealt with Gary and Abner and both are extremely helpful. The entire team over there seems excited to be a part of this dealership and it shows 100%. I have had my fair share of autos over the years and dealt with personnel from dealers all over the state (Porsche, Mercedes, Lexus, Infiniti, etc). These guys at Jaguar Orlando are the real deal. Could not ask for a better experience from any dealer. Everyone from the top down goes above and beyond and it is really noticeable. Would recommend this dealer over any other from sales to service!

Ever had the feeling you were ripped off? Well this is exactly how I felt after leaving Jaguar of Orlandos service dept. I incurred over $700 in charges and was ultimately told the problem with the car was that it lost compression. When I asked how this problem was corrected, this is the response I received, "This is a technique/procedure that our technicians have been able to perform throughout the years by experimenting and trial and error. In all honesty I have seen them perform this many times but I am unsure of how they do it. Unfortunately that is not something we teach other shops how to do as it sets us apart." My point is, if you are unable to explain to me what was done, how do I know that I am being charged a fair price? Why wasnt this procedure done initially when the car was brought in? Due to this experience, I am highly doubtful that I will ever repurchase a Jaguar.

I would like to share my experience with Jaguar Orlando and Corbet Vaupel in particular. Im now on my second Jaguar and have always serviced my vehicles at Jaguar Orlando. Corbet is a huge part of that. Ive recently been involved in what appeared as a minor fender bender but has turned into quite a bit more given where my car was hit. Corbet has gone above and beyond to give me much more than satisfactory service. To be completely honest, Im much happier with Jaguar than my own insurance company who has dropped the ball on more than one occasion in this related insurance claim. Corbet along with Jaguar Orlando are the exact reasons why I will remain in the Jaguar family without the need to mention that these cars are quite sexy! Cheers to you, Corbet! Youre a wonderful resource for Jaguar. If they dont already know it, I hope this review serves them notice loud and clear.

Great service experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Zipped right in, got my loaner, spoke to Corbet, my service advisor, and was on my way. The service team pushed down the service update to the oxygen sensors which eliminated my issues. I arrived to pick-up my vehicle and it was ready and waiting right next to Corbets office. I pulled in, walked out of the loaner, he handed me the keys, we chatted for a minute and I was on my way. I have to say that Corbet is the best service advisor that Ive ever had for one of my vehicles. I love my XF 3.0 and my experience at Jaguar of Orlando. Absolutely the best sales and service in town. Thanks to the team!

Just purchased an XJL working with Paulo Amaral.....definitely the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. Paulo was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He listened and understood our needs and ultimate goal. His no pressure and relaxed demeanor made the whole process very enjoyable.
