I had a 9:30am appointment today & arrived about 10 minutes early, my first time here at Orlando Infiniti, as Im new to Florida. Pedro and the other gentlemen working the parking area dressed in black & white uniforms were very pleasant, most polite, and greeted me with smiles. Pedro checked with Mr. Camacho & said hed be right out. Mr. Camacho arrived about 9:40am, saying that hed been conducting business on a phone call. I had made this appointment on-line, so it was known to staff there that I wanted an oil change and any other service due at 35,000 miles to my 2015 QX60. With that part done, I went inside to sit & wait. This part wasnt very pleasant. The waiting area is rather loud, because of double doors that open directly onto the service ramp and other double doors that open directly into the service area. Other loud things that went on while I was there included the arrival of a cart of water & changing of rugs in front of the doors. I looked at the refreshments & found some wilted looking pastries in a glass case. I saw people looking at them, but did not see anyone take one. Walking around the dealership, I saw 6 different women working at computers. Nobody looked up fo smile or to be friendly. After about an hour, Mr. Camacho came to me & presented me with a multi page report that listed checks that had been done on my car: it listed things that were fine & also optional things that Infiniti recommends, with prices listed next to each. I ultimately selected only have the cabin filters replaced. After about another hour, one of the gentlemen working the parking area came & escorted me to Mr. Camachos office. Mr. Camacho was busy on his computer & made 2 quick phone calls while I was there. He presented me with a bill for about $202 for service & parts. He talked to me briefly about it, always looking at his computer screen & not really talking to me. I looked at the bill & asked about it: I did not see any reduction in the final bill that Im accustomed to seeing, as I purchased a service plan when I leased this QX60. I asked him if he had looked to see the service contract plan that I had purchased, and he had not. He revised the bill, all the time looking at his computer & never really acknowledging me, & gave me a new statement showing no money owed. I should have gotten the other recommended services. Finally, I saw that my car was washed ... thank you. I leased this QX60 at Park Place Infiniti in Las Vegas, NV. Park Place is so much nicer a dealership in every way ... quieter; with pleasant employees who look up from their workstations & greet or acknowledge customers; with a nicer selection of pastries, cookies, & fruit; with service writers who actually talk to the customer and not to their computer screens; who defer phone calls while a customer is in their office conducting business; and who do a bit of customer research before that customer arrives. I see that there is an Infiniti dealer in Sanford; I might journey there next time the car needs service.

Nightmare! My son has been looking for a car for months and finally found a vehicle within his budget, that he loved and felt comfortable in purchasing from a reputable car dealership. My son selected a 2008 BMW 335i with all the bells and whistles and was very excited to get to the Orlando Infiniti Dealership to test drive the vehicle and was also prepared to make the purchase pending the test drive results and payment calculated. While test driving the car my son noticed the "coolant low" message listed on the navigation display and alerted Zach, Zach said "we will take care of that". We were also told that the car "was checked out". Paperwork was signed for purchase and a $5,000 down payment was given. My son drove off the lot and proceeded to go to work. The next morning he discovered the heat was not working and the that low coolant message was still displayed. We alerted Orlando Infiniti(via internet chat), Zach and Nick(with financing) of the situation and made an appointment to bring the vehicle in. After bringing in the vehicle we were told that Orlando Infiniti is not equipped to take care of this. We, at this time agreed to take the vehicle to BMW for further analysis and advised we may be returning the car and getting our traded in vehicle back. We paid $99 to BMW for assessment and decided not to keep the vehicle upon finding it needed a new water pump and had oils leaks that needed repair. We immediately informed Zach and he advised us that our traded car had been sent to auction but would be back that afternoon.(We later found out it was sold at auction and had to be retrieved.) After numerous phone calls, emails, text messages and visits to Orlando Infiniti in a three day time span, we have finally gotten the down payment back and have been told my traded in car title has been returned(I was just informed it is at the dealership). Summary: Orlando Infiniti should not make false statements just to make a sale...honesty is ALWAYS the best policy. Orlando Infiniti has very poor customer service and communication skills when it comes to problem resolution Orlando Infiniti became rude when we did not want to choose a different car to purchase Orlando Infinit has forever etched a very negative car buying experience into our lives I would not recommend Orlando Infiniti to anyone......... Update: As of this evening 2/9/16 we still do not have the title. My son has returned twice to get the title but to no avail. I have reached out to obtain the whereabouts of the title but to no avail. Please advise when this title can be picked up asap.

We were working with the sales person Joel and was encouraged to drive down (4 HOURS AWAY) to see an FX35 that was describe as "clean" with 2 small scratches. When we arrived and saw the car we were surprised to see that the car had scratches all around the car. The sales person: 1. described the car as "clean" on the phone, 2. Said that he didnt "see all these scratches he described the car on the phone. And 3. When we saw the car he says that "the reason that the car is priced the way it is is because it does have a lot of scratches so the manager has already reduced"? This is what Joel actually told me and my wife and thats three different answers! Is the car clean with 2 small scratches, or was it messed up just recently and you didnt see all the scratches before? Or is it reduced by the manager because of scratches all over? When we arrived the car was in the process of being waxed, I guess in attempt to cover up the scratches. Joel also told us that when dealers "Certify" a car that they just "randomly" select a car to certify and that the reason this car wasnt certified was because it wasnt randomly picked. Little did he know, we always ask that question and that was the first time we have had a salesperson say that ANY car can be certified and that certification of a car is a "random" process. What does the manager just close his eyes and point to a car??? Anyone with sense already knows that certification is not a "random" process, and you dont just pick a car to ceritify, and that certification requires certain criteria to be met on a car. We just gave him another chance to lie and he took it. When we test drove the car he also just sat there quite saying nothing the whole time, he didnt even seem interested in our business. Doesnt a sales person describe features of the car when you test drive? My wife didnt even know what gadgets were in the car, nor what the benefits of owning the car was, and this sales person didnt even try to tell her WHY we should buy this car. This person was what I would call a dishonest salesperson, giving three different answers on the car damage prior to driving us down. The good news is that we ended up getting exactly what we wanted from Jacksonville which is only 2 hours away from where we live, but unfortunately we had to drive 4 hours to Orlando to be lied to about a car, only to feel that our business wasnt wanted the whole time. Maybe this place is a great place who knows, but our experience was a nightmare and I wasted a pretty long trip just to by a car that I wish I could get back!
