This Ralphs is being remodeled. Theyre doing a very nice job very well laid out very clean well done. It is a real pleasure to shop there. All of the employees are really friendly very helpful very nice people. Ive been going to that Ralphs for 19 years. Up to three and a half years ago I was taking care of my handicapped wife with dementia. Because of my wifes dementia I couldnt leave her alone for more than 15 TO 20 minutes because she couldnt be trusted. When they would see me coming to the check stand they would open another check stand for me to get me out of there in a hurry.They have always gone above and beyond what you could ever expect from the management. I really appreciated that and I will never forget how much they helped me. Thank you Paul.

Their seafood/meat department is not helpful at all. I called to ask if they had any salmon that was on sale or marked down, and the guy laughed at me. He said I was more than welcome to come in and see their department because it was big. Ok great thanks. Didnt answer my question at all and then hung up on me. Great customer service.

The staff is always very nice. But, be careful to check dates as Ive bought some of their more expensive items (applegate deli meat) which Ive gotten home and have been expired. Also check the diary dates on things like cottage cheese or sour cream. I love that they have expanded their selection of organic items.

If zero stars was possible i would totally give it because I asked a worker there where there Tylenol was and she was giving me so much attitude like I was about to yell at her for being so rude to me. I do not know why Ralphs hire a person like that I think they need to consider firing her

In lake balboa, Ca its the best place to shop for groceries. The produce is great. The people are very helpful. Its a convenient way to get in and out fast. The food 4 less on Sherman way and havenhurst on the other hand is like shopping at a liquor store in a gang infested neighborhood.

I like the place good environment laid back employees. Pretty clean unless you go during the night when they are stocking. They have a gas station across the street that will lower its prices if you use their reward points.

This Ralphs location is clean, well kept, and customer service is good. Prices of course are higher than comparable grocery stores, however with the Ralph Reward Card, prices arent too bad.

I love the hours theyre open. Sometimes I need to pick up something at 6 am on a Sunday, lets say, Ralphs is open. They always have everything I need and the employees are really nice.

This Ralphs is OK, produce sometimes isnt the best. Parking is sometimes difficult. Not enough checkers most of the time. Doesnt appear clean. Good fresh sea food.
