This Ralphs is great. It can get a little bit congested at times during the day and peak rush hours (but this is the case with any place in this part of West LA, so Im used to it by now). This is where I do all my food shopping, minus the occasional jaunt to Trader Joes or a farmers market. The prices are quite reasonable, and if you know how to shop for the right bargains you can do quite nicely for yourself using the Ralphs card. The customer service here is great and they ARE open 24 hours, at least they have been since Ive lived in the neighborhood (June 2011-present). If you live in the neighborhood this is really the only realistic choice other than Trader Joes (which is too expensive for many items and they dont have name brands on certain things). The Vons on SM Blvd is disgusting and in dire need of a renovation (which it looks like is happening soon), and the Pavilions on Wilshire is ridiculously overpriced. This Ralphs is absolutely enormous and the only thing that it doesnt have inside of it is a bank, but I might even be mistaken on that as Im quite certain theres a Wells Fargo ATM inside or an actual branch next door. This store is the second nicest Ralphs location Ive been to, the nicest one being in Downtown LA by FIDM (which happens to be one of the nicest retail stores Ive ever been to, period). PS: The Ralphs brand generic products are all of very high quality and I save a lot of money buying them.

WORMS IN WILD CAUGHT SALMON!!! I bought a piece of wild caught salmon this afternoon and we cooked it for dinner. After a few bites, we realize WORMS inside the salmon. We called the store a few times and finally reached the manager named Nancy and explained what happened. She was not even surprised like it is very normal and did not even say sorry, just told me to bring the fish back so that I can either get my money back or buy something else. I wanted to make my point and said are you serious: you are selling fish with worms inside, didnt even say we will make sure the other customer do not have the same problem and asking me to bring cooked fish back to the store??? She just said let me transfer you to the seafood department and we had a useless conversation with a guy who just packs the seafood. They do not care about nobodies health...

There are many Ralphs Grocery Stores along Lincoln Blvd., and my advise is to stop at any but this one. Ive been pan-handled by homeless twice while inside the store. Homeless just march in with their dogs, and said dogs dont appear to be service animals. Venice is grubby, and store staff is so immune to their antics, they dont notice that no one else in the store is amused. They dont care, so why shop here? Theres a Ralphs one mile away on Lincoln in Marina del Rey, it is wonderful and clean.

Do NoT buy Ralph store brands, i bought applesauce from this location n there was a nasty mold hairy substance under the cover also the yogurt had a nasty substance it it to overall its dirty and the cashier always rings up the wrong total they do not take off the savings sometimes you have to watch them... go to a real supermarket trader joes or whole foods anywhere else

Ralphs Metro Tap Card Scam !!! Bought a 30 Day Metro Tap Card for $84 on 9/10/2012. The card did not work after 10/01/2012. Sales Manager Warren Kirby says Tap Cards are only valid in the month they are purchased.!!!???!! Why Sell me a month pass that will expire in 2 weeks? I asked him... That is Ralphs policy!! he says.

This is a much better Ralphs than the one in the Palisades. Has nice wide aisles and the people who work there are very very helpful. They also have fresh sushi and a Starbucks The only reason I didnt give it five stars was because there were some problems with the self checkout machines.

I went today to get a Roastbeef sandwich at this location. The Gentlemen behind the counter at the Deli , his name was Maurice was very very nice and very accomadating. I will be back at this location for sure :) Keep up with the good work and Thank you again Maurice.

Even though it was about 9pm, the salad bar shouldnt have been all wilted and brown. Tomatoes, cauliflower, were brown and soggy. YUCK!!!!Rotisserie chicken, ribs and chicken pieces were full and looked very fresh. Which was surprising at that time a night.

This hidden gem is the best Ralphs in town. The "Fresh Fare" is the higher end Ralphs grocery store. Great selection. Im surprised they dont have a big sign or make it stand out more -- its very subtle and blends in with the surrounding buildings.

Maurice is the man! He works in the Deli section always been good to me and my friends. Hes always happy to help me out with what I need and its a pleasure to consider him a close friend love this ralphs gonna miss it when I move in a few days!

Convient location for those working in the numerous office buildings nearby. Prepared food options are good including sushi. Be sure to check out the clearance shelves in the rear of the store for some excellent savings from time to time.

I love this Ralphs location. It is very clean and everyone in all the departments are very friendly and helpful. They can get low on stock it usually takes about 2 days for them to fully restock after a holiday weekend.

Really great selection here. Ive seen things in this store that Ive not seen on any other grocery store. Very clean too. I cant wait to see how nice it will look once the renovations are complete.

Nice Ralphs, consistently clean, friendly & helpful employees! Carry some food items not available at other Ralphs locations. Not always stocked with sale items but rain checks are available.

Got my bike stolen on the bike stands next to the exit so if your planning to go to the Ralphs please lock your bike up next to the entrance not the exit learned that the hard way

Basic needs are met....get what you need and get out.. But it feels unorganized.. Cheese should be by other dairy, and deli by the meats. Im always running in circles here

This Ralphs is no longer 24 hours. Even though the website still says it is. When you get there, your locked out and there is a sign that says: New Hours 6am-1am
