Product signs are not clear, missing or misleading. Unfriendly staff (non of them have a smile on their faces and not courteous), enter the wrong codes on products purchased. Really expensive lunch $35.61 for 2 slices of pizza, 3 drinks, 3 fruits which fed an adult, 1 kid and 1 infant. Was charged $2.99/lb for mandarin when it was labeled $1.99/lb on the wall. Went back to the same staff to address issue (Shannon) and she kept on saying "hold on" and "hold on" to me when I told her what happened and showed her the picture. At the end she did credit me and gave a simple apology admitting she thought the mandarins were big oranges. I didnt bring it up, but one of the protein drinks I bought looks like it was rung up wrong too because the description on the receipt says its a kids drink when its obviously for adults. I was charged $8.99/lb for hot deli (she insists I was wrong) when Ive verified the big sign say $7.99/lb. I had her take it off my purchase. Either the sign with fine prints is very misleading or the same cash register lady does not know what shes doing again. Id definitely avoid coming to this location again. Never had this kind of unpleasant experience st any markets before. The store makes me feel like Im a burden to serve or something. The atmosphere and vibe here is just weird. Oh, and lunch benches are outside in the hot sun. Only the staff who handed me the pizza was nice enough.

Its not the largest Whole Foods (so not as much inventory as others Ive been in), but its definitely better than fighting the crowds at the bigger store further east on Wilshire. It has a juice bar and sushi bar, and those are my favorite parts of a Whole Foods store! There are checkout lines at both entrances, so that makes the visit more convenient. Also, they have a sampling policy. If theres a food youve never tried, ask if you can sample it first. That makes a big different when Im deciding to buy a new product. This is the closest store to me, so Im partial to it, but the service is great anyway, and so is the fresh food!

Im saddened that this location is closing down. As Ive understood, theyre moving to 365 on Pico and Cloverfield. Its a walking distance from where I work, so when I ran out of ideas on what to eat for lunch, this was my go-to. They have everything, from salads to cheesecakes to acai bowls. They also have awesome promotions on some days like Taco Tuesdays - $2 tacos - and Pizza Days -$5 for a HUGE slice. Ill definitely miss this one. Fortunately theres another one on Wilshire, probably less than 2 miles away. I may never go there for lunch though.

I have not been to this location for quite some time now and the reason is the service is very selective, i had numerous experiences which led me to stop shopping at this location, for example my last experience happened to be when i asked one of the employee in prepared foods for some assistance regarding hot sauce and his response was if we dont have it on the floor we dont have it in the back which felt dismissive, i then asked another employee who ended up helping me. So my point is there are those few bad apples that mess it up for the rest...

Conditioner theyre fully stocked in - just not shampoo. How does that work? Im sure 20 people didnt just come in for shampoo w/out conditioner. Dumb and frustrating. Now I have to waste more gas and contribute more exhaust to drive to a completely different store. Dumb. The layout of the entrance is stupid too. No direct walk-in entry - youve got to walk around the building and up a ramp. Dislike.

The only critizizm I have is that the MUSIC IS PLAYED TO LOUD. I cannot concentrate on my purchases, it is a HUGE DISTRACTION!!! I love alot of the products, especially the Salmon takeouts, salad bar is great. Alot of the produce is overpriced. The sales are great!! Looking forward to the 365 Store, soon to be opened in Santa Monica.

Wish this Whole Foods Market would open the indoor eating area again with the street view. It was a great place to consume a healthy selection from their buffet. Why the closure? The homeless were banging on windows begging for food. Solution? How about a couple of large sheets of window-tint film? You see out. They cant see in.

ここは、惣菜や食材の種類も豊富で、味も美味しいと思います。難点は、オーガニックや、果汁100%といったプレミア商品が基本で、価格設定が高かった事です。

One of the smaller Whole Foods locations, so dont gamble with your time if youre looking for something specific - it may not be here with the limited shelf space. Staff hospitality is hit and miss, but I cant blame them for the curt attitudes when youre constantly bumping shoulders with customers at peak hours.

eating area is always dirty when Im there... The cash register lines are always slow and there is a long wait to get through the lines.. The cash line for the coffee stand is closed often causing quite the traffic jam. Its too bad because Whole Foods is normally such a great store.. this location is just bad.

Nice and close to the hotels in and around Santa Monica. It is a smaller whole foods but still does the job. I got lunch here several times as well as groceries to stock up the hotel fridge. They also have a seating area out side to eat at. Its a little hidden but great spot to sit down and have your lunch.

This is a small Whole Foods location and has a tiny parking lot, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in selection and a friendly staff. They had everything I needed and the staff was very helpful in pointing me where to find things, too.

Listen, Id shop here all the time, but Id have to get a second or maybe even a third job. My girlfriend drags me here all the time. It drives me insane. Product is top shelf, but come on, these prices are killing me!

Its a tiny Whole Foods, so if youre expecting a normal sized store you might be disappointed. That said, its a convenient location and has free one hour customer parking, as well as longer electric parking/charging.

Local groceries, its not as grand as the Venice/Rose location nor as big but you can find the necessities here. Produce is always fresh and abundant. Its always crowded at lunch time and after work hours.

Just like every whole foods. Awesome selection of organic products. Hot meals in buffet style in which you can build your meals with. They make awesome baked goods. Its busy but it moves quick.

Tiny whole foods. Very limited selection. Sushi is not very good. Deli and hot bar are very limited too. Only good if you need a whole foods and arent near the other locations.

Its a very small whole foods. Id recommend going to the one down the street a little more near 20th and Wiltshire. The salad bar is also tiny here. More of a convenience store.
