I moved here from a different city where I went to Visionworks since I was 14. I thought going to the same chain in a different city would be easy because they could get my records easily....was I wrong.....The office manager at this branch is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She didnt smile when I got there and she basically ignored me and all of my questions. I sat in the office for an hour before I got to see the doctor and when I finally got examined they were rushing because they were getting ready to close. I was unhappy with my prescription and asked for another examination. The office manager said she was unable to set that up without billing my insurance again... I literally had to argue with her to not bill my insurance again because the contacts still hadnt been ordered. When everything was said and done I had to go into that office a total of 7 times to get my prescription right. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone. Very rude staff and not attentive at all.

I do not care if people over there smile or not. The very reason I was there was to get my eye exam and then get the prescription reading glasses. They failed in both categories. Their eye exam showed the I needed 2.5 and 2.25 reading glasses. First they made the glasses with wrong numbers. Then they corrected it with apologies. However, I still could not wear my glasses, they were too strong. I relied on store bought readers. After a year and a half, I went to an OD, highly recommended, she tested my eyes and found the numbers to be 1.5 and 1.5. This is a huge difference. Please go elsewhere.

I needed an adjustment on my eye wear I purchased there. The two ladies that were there did not greet me I told them why I was there they continued their personal conversation the whole time I was there she adjusted my glasses handed them back to me did not check with me to see if they were ok very disappointed .

I always recieve excellent, friendly service from Visionworks. It is very easy to schedule an appointment around my work schedule and everyone is always very helpful. I recommended this location to my entire family.
