Ive never been so disappointed in my life! I prepaid for contacts almost a year ago! They said they would take up to 2 months because they had to be specially made. After me calling to check the status and them telling me they werent in yet I finally went into the store to find out they never even ordered them! They wouldnt give me a refund but assured me they would be ordered. Its been almost 7 months of them telling me the same thing as before. Every single time I call they say they will call me back on the status and never do. Im about to go back into the store. I would never recommend anyone go here. Ive had the same trial contacts in my eyes for months and my eyes are on fire. There solution was that I should buy a new pair of glasses! I have never dealt with such awful service from any company in my life. I just want a refund and to take my business somewhere else!

This is the first place to actually get my glasses right. I had a great experience from the welcome, to the fitting, to the see you back soon. They help you pick a frame that looks good with your face shape and help you look stylish (I need all the help I can get!) They have these amazing fancy machines that show you what the glasses will look like your face and the newest machines to do your exam. Thats doesnt mean they exclude the human touch. At the very end, an actual person fitted my glasses perfectly on my face. And after my exam, I got my glasses in literally 15 minutes. I will go back.

Ive never had a bad experiance with Lenscrafters and Ive been a customer for years. This year I bought contacts and new glasses and was happy with my purchase but 2 months in using my glasses and they were peeling. I was upset because I got defective lens. So I went back to the store to get new ones. In the end I not only did not get new lens they wanted to charge me (about) $200 plus tax for a new pair and stated if I would have gotten the protection it would have been free. I was shocked how they treated a customer whos been faithful to them for years.. Not going back ever..

Loosers It took 2 weeks to get my Oakleys, they never called, had to keep going by. They didnt even offer to adjust them and tried to tell me I didnt get a case ($600+ and they dont come with a case?) She was just eager to get me gone, cant have displeased customers infecting the others? Spent $800+ will never go back.

Rosco answered the phone and had people in front and him and still gave me the answers I needed. He took the time and was professional. I came in and only waited about 10 min when another associate took care of me. I am from DC area and the service here was equal if not better.

I have had numerous issues with my glasses over the years since I moved down in 09, and the staff has always treated me fair and even fixed my problems at no cost to me numerous times! A little bit of kindness goes a long way, I will definitely continue to be a shopper.

Absolute worst service ever!!! This has happened multiple times. They do not have enough employees and I am told to wait a half hour just for a simple estimate on lens replacement. The Sales woman could have cared less. Also, the frames are Chinese made garbage.
