Not a good experience at all. Overall, after coming into White Plain Chrysler and inquiring a possible trade in and 3 days of back to back calls from the sales person, finally convenience my 22 years old J/A son to trade in a full paid Mercedes Benz for a finance JEEP. Ted (Sales Rep) organized and filled out all documents (bank loan, registration and insurance). He made sure everything was ready on the date that my child came in to finalize the contract and drive off with the new vehicle. Well, worst day deal of our lives. The insurance was a fraud that caused him a license suspension for over 3 months. Ted covered the monthly fees and garage payments for the entire time (he took ownership of his scam) and convinced my son that he would take care of a pending charges with the insurance company of over $4,000.00 (a no fault bumper repair); The client, (my son) found pout he is not paying the payment plan arranged by Ted with the insurance company and his pushing my child to confront the broker that he (Ted) choose to do business with. My son might have been trying to control the situation on his own, but now this is clearly an unsolved fraud and a safety issue for my child. Of course, now, I got involved and contacted the sales manager and this was the response via text from Ted: "My attorney advised it is a civil matter and if you would like to sue ur more welcome to try to sue me. Additionally if you contact me again personally or my job I will be filing harassment charger and getting a restraining order. When you have a attorney and law suit they can issue a appearance for civil court and we will show and present all facts, Carlos is who u need to go after now not me and I will not be chasing him down for you." This is the text sent to my son from a professional sales rep form White Plain Chrysler Jeep. " “Lots of typos, great penmanship" We will be taking this to a civil court and I will encourage everyone to think about it twice before doing business with this dealership. Oh, and did I mentioned that from the initial deposit for the purchase, $1000.00 was missing. The manager had to get involved and refund the missing amount. This person, clearly took advantage of a client, better yet a 22 year old client. “Not a happy customer” Yiya Arroyo on behalf of J/A

If i could give them a negative 5 stars I would. I traded in my car for a Mercedes people were great.. But, after signing the documents and giving some money, I still had to wait a week to pick up. Apparently, my car needed the horn replaced for an inspection...no problem things happen. After picking up my car and driving it home in the rain one of my taillights stopped working. (Blown) I replaced it. I then started getting messages for no reverse light (blown) Then a message for a headlight which i checked and it seemed fine. About a week lateri couldnt unlock my doors, i tried to use the key inside the FOB (which was blank) finally after 10 minutes my door unlocked. I called the dealership and they expressed shock. I drove to the mercedes dealer (where it has been for a week prior fir the horn) to have it checked and they told me i have to order a new key FOB $275, and that white plains Chrysler had known about the problem. (Hmm i wonder how many other problems they knew about) About a month later, during a road trip on a dark road i noticed the headlight flicker. Upon returning to NYC i took the vehicle to a different dealership where they informed me i needed 2 new headlights for a price of over $600 each. Apparently the previous owner decided to put fancy lowbeam HID headlight bulbs in and cut the plastic where the bulbs would normally sit (without bouncing around) The bulbs literally fall out of the headlights.....And to top it all off, someone put 2 red rags under the ballasts. (This is what the mechanic told me) I have to drive with my highbeams on. Around the same time. Heat/AC The vehicle would blow hot/cold air (depending on the setting) at will.... I thought it was normal because it had a setting for temperature, but realized it wasnt when it stopped working. (Blown electronics in the Heater/A/C blower motor. Fast forward (2 days ago) check engine light...Code P2421 Evaporative Emissions System Vent Valve Stuck Open... Well wish me luck.. AS IS i guess means putting an inspection sticker on an un-inspectable car..i understand. Which is why Im ONLY writing a review to let people know how sleazy your operation is. The headlight bunks bulb literally fall out. Not site what you meant about me buying and Modify it

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. We visited the dealership after work this week, excited to test drive a new car. Upon walking in, we were greeted (nicely, this was the only good part), and were looking forward to sitting down with a salesperson. Well, we unfortunately were paired with Oliver. Oliver asked us a few quick questions, and we then asked to test drive a specific car. We had to drive to another lot to do so. On the way there, he bragged about how many cars he sells, and told us we should be looking at a different car instead of what we wanted. Upon arriving at the other lot, he couldnt find the car we wanted. After doing a lot of research, I knew they only had one, and it was very obvious as it was white. We drove by it and I pointed it out, but he said no, that isnt it. We insisted on getting out to look at it, and it was in fact the car, but either he had grabbed the wrong key, or the battery was dead, and he didnt want to admit it. He continued insisting this was not the car that we wanted. Not once did he apologize that we were not able to test drive or that he messed up. We drove 30 minutes for nothing since we did not get to do a test drive. He questioned our ability to actually purchase the car on the way back to the dealership and seemed shocked that we wanted to purchase, not lease. (Very uncomfortable for us) We sit down when we get back and he gives us a ridiculous price of MSRP on the car. I ask for a discount, he says they dont give one if you want 0% financing. I replied that we must be at the wrong dealership then, and he AGREED, got up, and WALKED AWAY FROM US. I started to ask for his card and he continued to walk away. He was completely rude, unprofessional, pushy, and over sales-y from start to finish. I work in sales and I was truly appalled by this experience. If you do decide to go here, avoid working with Oliver. However, I highly recommend going to any of the other numerous dealerships in the area who will actually discount cars and be respectful of potential customers. We will NEVER return to this dealership and will be sure to continue telling others this story.

Avoid their service department at all cost. Their valet attendant at entrance are just rude. They are the 1st people you engage with and they always seem to have an attitude. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change on Monday. Two days later, I drove my car to run some errands. I sensed a slight hesitation as i hit the gas and there was slight smell. Thats when the oil pressure light lite up on my dash board. When I checked under the car oil was pouring out from the bottom. I realize why I failed to notice it because after my oil change and it was because the car sat in my driveway after my oil change and the next day it rained. I was stunned how much oil was spilled out, especially after my oil change i was told there were no issues on my car besides it was recommended for my next oil change to change the engine filter. Being it was after 6pm I had no choice but to wake next morning bring car in. I called AAA to have the car towed back to dealership. To my dismay when the truck was being lifted you could clearly see the oil drain plug was missing. It was not broken/stripped or chipped of it simply was not properly secured in and popped off. I called service station spoke with James gave him heads up i was coming in. He didnt seem shocked or surprised when I showed him the picture of the missing oil drain plug but just said they look into it to verify that was the main reason for the oil leak. I went to work never got an update text or call. I had to call in and get an update around 2pm. I went to pick up the car after work around 5pm. He admitted it was a technician fault, no charge and since i was "cool" about the issue they gave me a one free oil change for the next service. Overall if they can screw up a simple oil change and blow off the fact that my engine was on the verge of being stalled...it is clear servicing your customers are not a priority. Thanks but no thanks I value my Jeep and want only but the best service.
