IF YOU DONT LOOK LIKE "MONEY", THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! My fiancé and I went to go look at cars yesterday, since we are EXPECTING a CHILD (FYI: PREGNANT and SHOWING) and this place did not bother to come help us. At all. Instead, they went inside their office and started locking all the car doors so we couldnt look inside them. I have been to MULTIPLE used car lots and I have never been treated as such. I dont know if it was a racial thing (I am Hispanic and African American) or we didnt look like we had money to spend, either way that is not how you do business. I have NEVER witnessed anything like this before and it truly tarnished my idea of even purchasing from used car lots. Once I left this place, I told everyone I know about my experience with these judgmental people and they were absolutely disgusted and will never ever ever EVER do business with people like you guys. Great way of selling overpriced used cars, guys! Keep it up! (sarcasm)

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My family and I went in looking for a Ford Explorer which was the cheapest in the area but it turned out to be a fake they claimed it was sold the day before and they showed us another one which we found on there website advertised at around 27k but the sticker price said 32k. They lure people to their dealership by advertising cheaply online and once you talk number they raise it exponentially. I quise we would’ve know this before hand because we actually walked out with a GMC which they claimed was in perfect conditions but after a week we noticed the power window on the driver side stopped working and they refused to fix it also the passenger seat had a tiny slash on it which they said they would fix but after a few days we asked them about it they said the car was sold as is and refused to fix it. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST

These guys are the most dishonest underhanded group of business people I have ever come across. Essentially ended up charging more than agreed upon by burying costs into the finance document. Then the worst part of it is that I call back to ask them to explain and the General Manager; Benny would not get on the phone for DAYS and finally when I got him on the phone and he blamed everything on the business manager; Katrina but she was then conveniently on "vacation" so could not help me. Basically getting around the legal parameters (amount of days) that would have enabled me to cancel the transaction. I admit that due to my being in a rush I did not review the details on the contract and therefore did not catch what they were doing but one should not have to do such a thing. I never should have trusted them!Avoid this establishment as they are crooks!!

Worst customer service ever! Dont even bother, will over price warrantys and then the companies they use go out of business. THERES APPARENTLY ONLY 1 GIRL THAT DOES PAPERWORK and shes the most helpful one in the place. They lie about the car prices on websites and then when you get there, want to way over charge you. Theyre rude, unprofessional and even had the audacity to ask if I was sure I bought my car through them. and that was the manager. needless to say i bought the car before realizing all of this, the car is broken, warranty wont cover it, they are just being rude enough i dont even want to call for my paperwork that they never gave me on the warranty. oh and 1 kid that answers the phone, his best answer is "ummmm" or " i dont know". seriously. SERIOUSLY?! stay away from this crap place. Youll regret it even if there is a nice car there.

Went there a few days ago with cash in hand ready to make a purchase and was greeted 20 minutes after walking around the lot by some guy who was extremely unprofessional, gave me an attitude for asking about the internet price being 5,000 lower than the sticker and explained that thats what you have to finance AFTER a down payment, they do not negotiate. Completely false advertising. Asked to take a car for a test drive and was denied because they were closing in an hour and a half. ALSO, after taking pictures of VIN numbers of several cars since the ones online mysteriously dont work. Found out that ALL of the ones I checked out were previously rental cars and we all know how those poor cars are treated. I suggest you stay far away from this place; unless of course you want to over pay for a car that has been beat on its whole life.

Ill give rate them -5 if I could! Recently, I bought my new car from here and while I purchased the car they told me everything is fine and there is nothing wrong with the car whatsoever. Now this was a 2015 mustang so I took it to a Ford dealership to get it checked and found our the compressor, condenser, belt, pully and bunch of other parts were bad and needed to be replaced right away! Luckily, the car still had manufacturer warranty left and all these repairs were covered. However, now I found out that both front tires are also bad and according to the mechanic, the dealer shouldnt have sold this car without disclosing any of these information! These people are scammers! Be aware of this place and the people! Go and spend your money elsewhere!

Just yesterday (9/30/15) I purchased a 2013 Infiniti JX35 from Benny the Jew :) The price was great and cheaper than anything I saw online... so far I absolutely love the vehicle. Ben was very cool, calm & collected, answered all my questions & was a pleasure to work with. His staff was very professional and polite as well. Other car dealers I went to were arrogant & pushy. Aside from a $1,295. dealer fee he DOES NOT add any other BS fees to increase the purchase price of vehicle substantially. Also, I got a great finance rate of 2.49% which was awesome! I would absolutely refer my family and friends to RoadMasters2. Ben / RoadMasters2 is honest & trustworthy. Blessings, Carmen.

Awful customer service! They wanted 3k in fees! They told me anywhere I go, thats what it will be. So I called 3 dealers in the same zip code and their fees were $400-600 + tax. Everyone I talked to at road masters was rude and extremely unprofessional. They dont speak good English and get nasty when you ask them to repeat something. I asked for a written quote with the fees on it because I couldnt understand his English when he was explaining the fees. Never sent. Asked again via email.. No response. If youre reading this Road Masters, I was going to write you a check THAT DAY for your whole asking price. Good luck selling that RWD sports sedan in this winter! You lost my business!

They sold me a vehicle and BEN the owner convinced me to buy extended warranty and that I can cancel it anytime, so I did... 2 months later I decided to sell the car so I called them to cancel the warranty the dealer told me, go to the warranty company, I called the warranty company they told me that I cant cancel it, only the dealer can, I called the dealer, they disputed the statement, back and forth for ever ... until I decided to sue them, and tell everybody on the internet about them, bad customer service, they dont say the truth, not straight forward people, I really regret doing business with them.Keep in mind PWI extended warranty is a TRAP!
