We saw add from D&A for a 2013 Altima to be sold at a price of $8999 with mileage around 18K. We called them and a lady by the name of Jenny picked up and told that yes $8999 is the price for this car and additionally I have to pay only the tax and $400 dealers fee. So I confirmed my out of the door price as $8999 + tax + $400 and she confirmed. Me and my son drove from New Jersey 2 hours each way to visit the dealer. When we went there a lady who was sitting at the desk told that she is not Jenny (though I have my doubts) showed us the car and told that the price of the car is not $8999 but it is $19,000 and $8999 is the down payment only. I told why did not you say in the advertisement that and also when I talked to your lady Jenny she told that $8999 is the price, did not say anything about down payment. She has no reply. We had to come back home disheartened. My advise is stay away from this dealer. They are crooks and their main objective is to cheat people and make money. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!! Spread this word to all your friends and families.

I usually dont write reviews but due to the high quality of customer service I felt the need to share my experience. I was extremely apprehensive at first going in due to the fact that my credit sucks... I was greeted by a genuine and informative woman by the name of Jasmine. She knew exactly what she was talking about and answered all my questions accordingly! She was detail orientated and gave me specifics with every question I asked. Overall I felt welcomed and not rushed like other places I had been to in the area.To make a long story short I walked out of there with a bmw 3 series! Im extremely satisfied with the level of customer service with all the employees especially Jasmine! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I first came across this dealership online on car gurus, they had the car I wanted and I made a phone call to come check it out the same day. When I got there I was immediately greeted and a representative Ish was assigned to me. He answered all my questions about the car, gave me the keys to start it up and easily accommodated my concerns about the car. The finance guy George was very informative and helped make an easy transaction even gave me a rebate towards my finance. The staff was a pleasure to work with and Id definitely recommend doing business with them. Overall my experience and business with them was a 10/10 Also Id like to thank Tony for the car manager for taking care of all the car maintance and getting the car into top shape!

I just went there to this auto place & I shouldve never went to them. They lied about a price online about a car that they were selling with a low price & I called them also to confirm the price & they said that was the price but when I got there , it turns out that the price that they say online is a Bull**it price. They use low prices to get u to go there , then they say thats the downpayment & it double that price when u get there. They are FRAUDS & LIARS. For the 1 good review I seen here, there are a hundred bad reviews here also. They suck. & Lucy is no good too. Thanx a lot for making me travel 3 hours for nothing. Your dealership sucks! Worst dealership ever! EVERYONE SHOULD RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Called several times to confirm the car was there as Im 2 hours away. An hour away I call and ask them if they could do the courtesy to hold it. I get there and am told it sold the day before. Asked about a different car I had seen online for $4995 and they tell me thats the finance price and the car is actually $9995. They claim the girl on the phone is at a call center and doesnt know the inventory. I called her to tell her that I came down for nothing and she did try to get the sales person on the line. But 15 min later, they still couldnt be reached. I see now why it has such horrible reviews. A total waste of time and money to go down there for no reason.

I WENT BECAUSE I SAW A "DEAL" ONLINE. THE PRICE WAS $8,500, WHEN I WENT THE PRICE WAS $16,000 !!!!! I LIVE TWO HOURS AWAY FROM BROOKLYN, AND CALLED THEM TO CONFIRM THE PRICE BEFORE GOING AND THEY SAID "$8,500 AND IF YOU BRING CASH IS NEGOTIABLE" SO I GOT THERE AND THE CAR NEEDED PLENTY OF WORK DONE AND THE PRICE WAS DOUBLE. THEN THE GUY SAID OK I HAVE A CAR ON YOUR BUDGET AND HE SHOWED ME A NISSAN MAXIMA 2011 WITH OVER 100XXX MILES, AFTER CHECKING THE CAR OUT HE TELLS ME "I CAN GIVE IT TO YOU FOR $15,500" !! DONT GO TO THEM!! PRICES ARE LIES, AND IF YOU ARE GOING MAKE SURE YOU BRING AND READY TO PAY TWICE THE VALUE YOU SEE ONLINE!.

negative stars WASTE of Time going there. fraud.. The (sales) person thinks they can fool the customer, he says the one you talked to phone is call center person; they dont know anything. so, the prices you see on website or hear on phone are not complete, and are only down payment, if you finance from them. Total will be nearly double. Though the car I was interested in, even after doubling it, it was good price to me, but I did not make a deal since I call this as SCAM and FRAUD. He also asked which website I saw the prices. They have like 2-3 websites or more-- D&A, linden.. all have same phone number and address.

Very unprofessional. I called in to inquire about a car and a very unenthusiastic female answered, she sounded like my call was an inconvenience to her. I asked if the car was available she said yes then asked me if I can come in today to look at it. I told her I would be in tomorrow, in the middle of asking questions about the vehicle she rudely interrupted me and told me to call back tomorrow when Im ready to come in. I tried to give this place a try after all the horrible reviews Ive seen but I guess I was wrong. Just lost a customer. Get that woman some training in customer service for Christ sake

BIGGEST selection of GARBAGE autos on the net. Dont say I didnt warn you. Escalades with Flat tires, chipping paint, online they are immaculate. SCAM. Cars are repod junk, just check the carfax, again dont say I didnt warn you. Some old fart will try to change the price on you when you get inside the grimy place, saying its more money...brought 15k cash with me and tried to get a truck. All you hear from the guys on the phone is other customers calling with problems, that should have been my warning, dont waste your time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. All the other reviews are fake trust me.

The worst dealership. I called for a 2004 Acura TL, they said it is available and that it has a clean title and car fax. I made an appointment to go test drive it. I called again to confirm and was given the same answer. I went and they said that the car is sold and the sale associate there told me that it had a savage title. Theyre scams, they show you a car, tell you what you want to hear and when you get there, they try selling you another car. Its a disappointment and Ill never think about going to this deal again.
