I dont usually write reviews but I am so glad that I came across Cypress Motors, I wanted to say thank you by letting everyone know how professionally they handled my situation. I have had some credit problems in the past and I didnt have a fortune to use as a down payment, but Vinny (my new favorite car salesman!) did get me into a nice car with no hassle and the whole process only took one day. While I really wanted to get the S500 they had on the lot, I am super happy with the CTS that I got and Vinny said that as long as I make my payments on time, I can come back in a few months and trade into a more expensive vehicle at that time. I am sure I will be back!

Purchased a Jeep from them about a year ago. The sale was nothing but trouble from the start, which should have pointed me to stay away. After finally making the purchase, the car was only problems!! Title came in the mail with a lien on it when I paid the car in full. The inspection sticker that was on the car when I picked it up only had one month before expiring, but I paid for inspection when I purchased the car. Bad tires, messed up suspension and a bad knock that they told me was just a needed tune up. Not knowing much about cars, I took the bait and ended up with a bad motor (Spun rod bearing). STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

I bought a truck from them last month. The experience was excellent. They all helped me out as best as they could and took care of all the paperwork and plates without a problem and very quick. The price I paid was very good and especially considering the trucks great condition. Obviously its a used car but they did a great job preparing it and servicing it well before they sold it to me. The two guys Pat and Vinny were really cool guys and I would definitely come back to buy from them again. Real honest business men.

DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME THERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! I tried to work out a deal with them, everything went well until I put my deposit down for a van and it couldnt pass inspection. The service light would not go off even with their mechanics. I told them I didnt want the van anymore and they refuse to give me back my $2,000. Now I have to take them to small claims court. The Department of Consumer affiars show they have been sued so many times. BUYER BE VERY VERY AWARE, DONT GO THERE!!!

I purchased a car for my daughter, her first car. As a single mom I thought it would be hard but the people there walked me through the process. They showed my daughter a couple a cars that peeked her interest and she chose a beautiful 09 charger. I have to tell you these guys are amazing. Pat and Vinny I was a little hesitant in the beginning but you guys made it easy. Thank you so much my daughter loves her new toy and I am happy she is in a safe vehicle.

I know that you cant please everyone, but I know that I was very happy with the Ford Edge that I bought last month from Cypress Motors. The guys were perfect gentleman and I think I got a pretty fair price. I brought it back for a small issue relating to the wiper blades not working good, and Vinny had ordered a new pair for me to replace them free of charge. Thats why I am writing this review and am overall very happy.

They have a 1996 buick roadmaster for sale at $8500 kelly blue book is $5200-6000.vehicle has been listed for over 60 days I wonder why?. On the ad site it has averaged 10 views per day. They are a bunch of greedy unethical money hungry crooks who deserve to go out of business.

Friend bought a BMW 2001 and we found out the Engine had plenty of issues, odo meters was not accurate (sold 100k mileage but it was really 160k), and moneyback 30 day warranty is undocumented. Waste of time

They buy junk cars at auctions, clean them up & then get your money. Every car here is going to cost $$$$ more to repair as soon as your drive off the lot. They only rip people off -- buy anywhere else!
