BIGGEST mistake that Ive made, spare yourself of the headaches. I revisited this dealer 4 weeks in a row addressing several issues. The staff lack professionalism, they take a long time in responding to my calls. I had to provide solutions for every issue that I had. I had to have them replace the brake pads, it was constantly squeaking and they tried to convince me that nothing was wrong with the brakes. I had to wait 2-3 weeks before I received the second copy of keys and thats because I pressed them to have it done. Ive purchased vehicles before and by far this was the absolute worst experience. TRUST me stay away from this dealer, youll thank me later! I would not even give them a star, but I have to rate it in order to post my comment.

My friend brought a 2012 Chevy sonic. The customer service is good Sarah is great, but when it came down to the car there were major problems that should have been addressed before the car was sold. Sarah is a great customer service person but doesnt know to much about cars. Every time the car was taken back for needed repairs. The macanic just bandaid the problem and gave the car back. The engaging light can on serval times due to the sensors needing to be replaced. The macanic just erased the sensors so that the engaine light would go off. The gears on the car needed to be replaced before the sale and that wasnt fixed either. This was my friends first car purchase and they took advantage of her because she is a woman.

I honestly​ had a good experience at Max World Cars II. I went there on a mission to find a specific car for a specific price. I was presented with one of their sales person, Sarah K. She was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for (Dodge Challenger) and negotiate to a reasonable and fair price that fit my budget. She went above and beyond with the banking and financing portion of it and got me a great interest rate. Overall she was extremely professional, fair, nice and strived hard to make sure I was satisfied instead of blowing me off like some other dealerships. I would recommend visiting this location​ when car shopping and if possible, wait for her on the sales/ business portion of things.

I ended up in Maxs World because Sara kept in touch with me through out my Honda Pilot web Search. She was very nice and accomodating. Juan my Salesman did almost the impossible for us on that day to get everything to work in our best interest and to get us the car that we wanted. The only thing that I would say is in need of improvement is the clarification of the different prices online. Know that the online prices are for cash payers only. I would reccomend asking about the price beforehand. It is higher for customers that finance and there is no negotioating the price. With this said, all in all it was a good experience. The Pilot is running great. Im thrilled! I reccomend this place.

Everything sounded pretty good in the beginning but when it came down to my purchase, things were not delivered as promised. Very disappointing... Any issue I had was refuted as if I was lying. Take a knowledgeable person with you, that knows about cars and the purchase of them. I didnt have a reliable car and really needed something better.... I thought dealing with another female I could trust that she would understand, but no. Lesson learned.

Dont make same mistake that i made, biggest mistake of my life, bought elantra 2 months ago and had my car more in service then at home, stay away from dealer, cars are good for month or two then you will learn how big mistake you have made, i bought elantra and now have to change engine, dealer didnt want give any real help regarding problems with car that i bought 2 months ago, again dont make same mistake as i did, stay away.

My first car and I love it! Got a 2014 BMW 3 series and its beautiful. I dont know where to start. I was a Confused first time buyer and the staff at max world of cars II made everything very clear and easy. The fees very reasonable and the price of the car was low compared to other places. I can go on and on about my great experience. I would highly recommend everyone else to come buy their car here!

Very happy with their services, as a 19 year old who was shopping a first time car the staff there were completely professional and helped me find a car that was within my budget. They advised me and made sure that i was getting the best deal possible. I am very happy and will be sure to come back to max cars for my next car when the time comes. But for now i will enjoy my 2013 hyundai accent.

After walking through many places on northern blvd, I walked in here tired and confused, but like most places you are just thrown at cars that they like, over here they put themselves in your shoes. I was looking for a Honda and ended up getting it with a price that worked right for me and my girlfriend. Walked out of here with a great car and great new friends.. A+++ Rating on my end.

She gave me Carfax full disclosure over email - despite me being in Boston, I was able to make the trip to New York and get everything taken care of in one day. Had troubles with transferring funds from the bank on a Saturday, but Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I drove home with my new Corolla that day.

Recently bought a car here and it was a very nice experience. I truly felt as if I was guided in the right direction. There wasnt a pushy or obnoxious dealer trying to get me to buy something that I was not sure about. The dealer was very informative, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

They sold me a car with frame damage and was never mention to me. Also they switch my warranty for one company to another without letting me know. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place. The owner pretty much sold his soul to the devil he has no care at all what so ever. I hope he gets what he deserves
