Queens National Auto ….. These people are absolutely terrible, I mean the worst type of scammers. I found a car online, called them to inquire about the car. They said it was a clean car with no accidents and mechanically sound. The car-fax also indicated the car was in good shape, so I put a deposit down that day. The manager also said if I financed through them he would reduce the price by $500. The next day a friend pointed out the rear bumper was a different shade of white than the rest of the car. Only an experienced eye would pick that up viewing online pictures. He told me before flying in to pick the car up I should have a mechanic look at it. I did locate a mechanic in the area, explained the situation and they said they were happy to look at the car. I called Queens National Auto back asked them to bring the car to the mechanic, which was less than 10 minutes away. After being hung up on twice, they told me the car was sold! First of all how can you sell a car that has a deposit on it? Secondly, why didn’t they want someone to look at the car? Draw your own conclusions. Could you imagine if I had given these people my personal information? Don’t do it, there are plenty of cars out there. If the price is too good to be true, there is reason. Lesson learned. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

They are scammers and one of the rudess people who are in management name urica (manager). I worked for him two days but he never paid me. Before getting in to the work he promise me to pay 400$ per week but later he told me i have to work opening to closing which is less than $5.5 per hr. Its insane and way below minimum wages. With regret i couldnt take him to the court as for 110$ for two days what i have worked and its never been paid. They are theives and doesnt know anything call customer service. Those representative sales men are good as they know atleast how to behave. I wish i could sue this company but unfortunately i cannot due to very low ammount what i have worked for them but i can make people aware that they are fraud and stay away from these people.

negligent. I went to get a jeep and made an offer. But, did not see any courteous customer welcoming. The boss was looking like either not interested in selling the car or biased about how I look or, in my opinion, they were judgmental based on my religious background ( They asked me where I am from). It did not workout and does not worth to go if you are coming from far like me. My offer was rejected by only for a very small amount of difference than what they asked for. Do not trust if they say on the phone come! we will work out

Went there to check a car they were advertising when I started the car the check engine light came on they say they would fix it ok no problem until i was told they were charging me an extra $1,995 in dealers fee, on top what you are supposed to pay like taxes,DMV fees (plates) and inspection,ran out of there like a road runner.

very bad place.JOHN is big thief .he charged me very high interest rate 6.5 even though I have excellent credit history .the lady is big snake she never give a good answer when you call.again stay away from this mafia.
