The most unethical dealership ive dealt with. I went in with the intent of purchasing a vehicle. First they say if you pay all cash that the price is higher, ok i decide to finance a small portion of it because i had more than enough to buy it in full. I was traveling the following day so i wasnt able to take the car with me so i left a deposit for them to hold it they assured me it was ok and that the car will be mine when i come at the end of the week with the down payment. I call 2 days later to inquire the name of whom i should write the certified check for and they happily inform me the payee name. I come back at the end of the week like we agreed and the financial manager takes me into the office and tells me they sold the car! I even texted them previously to let them know im coming and nobody said a word. The financial manager was very sketchy and kept changing his story about why they sold it. He tried to show me a different model which i already checked out previously and decided it wasnt a great deal. So i try negotiate the price (which i shouldnt have because i agreed on a price for a different car and even left a deposit) and he starts questioning my credit. When i first came in originally they said i had great credit, now at the end he is saying is questionable. He didnt even try to make a deal he said he wouldnt go a penny less than a certain price. He said to finance for 48 months and i tell him no i want 36 months and his reply was that i wouldnt get approved and that i can pay in 36months if i want but to finance for 48(even though the down payment would be 80% of the vehicles full price) so i didnt go further and when i called him out about how he sold the car after i already left money and paperwork he said i was disrespecful and thats what business is. I spoke to the manager of the dealership and he was so unprofessional i was disgusted by it. He was the one that said that my deposit would be fine to hold the car for me and but in the he says "oh no thats to lock the price not the car". Do not waste your time with this business, they were liars, scammers and on top of all rude individuals.

Wish I could them no stars! Dont waste your time here. I first emailed them to inquire about a car they had. I wanted to know their out the door price sense I would be paying for it in cash (bank check). After 3 calls to them with the reply either being that the manager wasnt in to have that answer. Or he would have to get back to me. I drove 3 hours from DE to see the car and to get a offer. With the ability to buy that day I walked in. First thing I noticed was the heat wasnt on. Everyone was using space heaters. This told me they couldnt pay the heating bill. Next up they couldnt find the keys to the vehicle. Once they located them I looked over the car. At that point I asked for a out the door figure. They once again told me the manager wasnt in (this was a Sunday) I told them to call him. Once they did they asked how much I would be putting down. I once again stated that I wanted to buy it in cash and I had explained this to a female countless times on the phone who took my info. They told me the price online was for financing not as a cash option. I asked him to show me where it says this on the website. He could NOT show me on the page. I then asked what is your best price, when he told me what it was I explained I just wasted 3 hours to find out you cant even come close to the number on the website. He told me I should have called. I then left. NEVER have I dealt with a more crappy car sales department. Every single bad review of this place is correct. STAY AWAY!

Literally should call google to ask if I they can make an exception for me to give these guys no stars. Please listen to the other 1 star comments and just stay away. They lure you with a good low price which gets instantly inflated by the manager. Went in for a 2014 Honda accord listed for 15,990, after speaking with the sales lady it was raised to 17,995 with fees which is already a bit ridiculous but still within Kelly Blue Book price range for milage and condition. After meeting with the sales manager the price now jumps to 20,990 an almost 5,000 increase from the advertised sticker price. Unless your going in to buy cash which by the way is apparently way more expensive then the "Finance" price just do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. But the most interesting part is that the car also failed inspection and after almost 5 days of the car being in the "Shop" getting repaired the manager jumps out and tells me to "forget about that car" since he could offer me another one.

I found the car I wanted on Cargurus and did my research on the car I wanted. I found it at Bronx Auto sales and immediately made an appointment to test drive it. I had found the same car at a dealership in Waterbury CT so I already knew how it drove, which is why I was looking to see if I can find a better deal. Sure enough I found my Infiniti M35 X at Bronx Auto sales. Robert and Adam had me financed the very next day at a rate I can afford. I was picking it up the very next day. Everyone at this dealership Adam, Robert, Tracey and Skye were true professionals and walked me through the process. I was treated with care and respect. They treated me the way they would liked to be treated. Thank you so much to the entire staff at Bronx Auto Sales, you are all top notch professionals and will be sending everyone I know to this dealership if they are in the market for a top notch used vehicle. Very bad Delar the manger told me coming the car will be early tomorrow morning I told him I want be sure because Im coming from pa he told me dont worry I drive almost 5 hours I arrive 11:00am he said the car not yet her this will be her at 6:00 pm I stay from 11:00am to 6:30 pm between ny an nj I call him at 5:00 he said the car not yet here call again at 6:00 I call back 6:30 he said the car coming in the way coming I start drive from nj I arrive 7:30 The manager said the car is sold Somebody came to here at 7:00 I told him how and why you told me coming you not car about people drive from pa and stay almost 8 hours at the street He said Im not care I care only for he come first and get the car Very bad manger his name marlon Richards

Worst place ever , they lie too much ,Bunch of hidden fees and stuff you dont need , i was told that if i get their warranty theyll cover any repair for 2 years, paid around 5k for this service and at the time that i needed repair ( few months after) for my bmw cause it was turning off , they kept my car for 9 days "for repairs" and then they told me that the problem was that "rats ate some of the wiring of the car" and that they had to take the car back to get fix at the bmw , I left the place upset , then on my way back home on a cab i saw my car ! in front of regular shop around 4 blocks away from them being fixed for an sensor. Not for wiring like they stated . STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
