My experience with Teddy Nissan has not been a pleasant one. I have been with Teddy Nissan since 2011.. My first car with them was a Rogue which i had to switch out because it was giving problems. Juan, who is no longer there was the best! He is the only reason i tolerated all the nonsense i went through with them from them changing the rate of what we originally agreed upon to the brand new vehicle they gave me having sensor issues and the tire changing tools missing, to them accusing me of going elsewhere to get my tire serviced.. I find them to be not honest and def not straight forward. Recently, my car having issues with the auto starter they installed when i first got the car back in 2011.. I called them up, they said someone is contracted to do it, ok fine. I make an appt the first time.. I fell seriously ill (had to go to the Dr. ill) and called way ahead of the time scheduled.. I rescheduled for 10am approx 3weeks later. Firtsly, I no longer live in Westchester, so I have to pay toll to get over there, secondly, people work, and I have no time to waist.. I get there about 9:50.. By the time they see me its 10:00am fine.. they had to call Gavin (mind u.. I made an appt.) They call him.. and it sounded as if he was still at home.. from the convo I was hearing.. Im already getting anxious but i keep my composure, ask the lady that called him approx what time will he get here.. she said he will be here soon. 10:30, 11:00, The lady had left so I went to a guy and asked where is GAVIN???? Now, I am very upset.. HE calls GAVIN, speaks with him.. told me that he is in traffic and will be here in 15/20 mins.. I told him never mind Im leaving.. I was livid! No respect at all for people..How do you treat people like that and then you dont even call to say your going to be late. And if this has happened to more ppl. I really hope they do the same as im doing because people need to know.. NISSAN (TEDDY) should def not be working with people who tarnish, well they were already tarnished with my experiences with them but its been about a yr and a half since i hav seen them and things may have changed.. But working with ppl like GAVIN does not help to bring up REVIEWS!! I called back about a month after that incident spoke to someone in service who seemed very nice and told him what happened. He said he will call Gavin and tell him to call me.. of course that has no happened as yet and its been about 3 weeks..I have been meaning to write a review and call up headquarters but just havent had the time.. Shameful!

***ZERO STARS ZERO STARS ZERO STARS*** The people their; Service Department, Management, Sales are all extremely rude and condescending. This is by far the worst service I have ever got anywhere! I purchased my Sentra in April of 2016, since purchasing this "practically new" vehicle, Ive had to bring it back to them for service EVERY MONTH! They sold me junk for $15,000 and dont even offer half that for a trade in. The whole process was rushed, I never got to test drive the vehicle and when I requested it, I was ignored. The inside of the vehicle was filthy, transmission problems, etc. Recently I brought my Sentra in for service, got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. They DID NOT put my lugg nuts back on correctly, they took the screws to my brakes off and did not put them back on. Due to their neglagence, my tire fell off while driving and I could not brake. My family and my self almost lost our lives and not once did we receive an apology. They refused to accept responsibility for their negligence that almost killed me and my family. Upon having the accident due to their neglagence, I made an appointment for them to service my vehicle and when I got their on the scheduled date, I had to wait 4 hours just for them to look at it and thats all they did. The service department did ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING! The only thing that was actually done was I got reimbursed for getting their terrible work redone at another shop. My vehicle has scratches and the paint was damaged because of the tire falling off and the vehicle hitting the floor, they refused to repair that also. *****BUYERS BEWARE! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO TEDDY NISSAN (THE LIE-ABLE) DEALER!***** Think and weigh your options before you consider buying from Teddy Nissan, this business is fraudulent and not worth your hard earned money. They will deceive you and say any lie they can think of to sell you a damaged car. Avoid their service department at all costs, or it could cost you and your family your lives. Please seek other dealerships that will show you respect and appreciate your business.

Every where I go I noticed the Teddy Bear Logo on many vehicles so when our second vehicle a Toyota started giving us problems I decided it was time for me to do an upgrade. My wife and I visited the dealers in and around our area, we were disappointed in the way they did business and the way they treated our family, no respect, they looked and operated unprofessional. We just could not spend our hard earned money with them. Even our younger daughter said "Daddy I do not feel them", that was it, time to travel to Teddy Nissan, "The huggable Dealer"..and what a difference. From the time we arrived at the dealership we felt an energy we hadnt felt at the four dealerships we visited . The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile, seated us and we were introduced to William James our Sales Consultant. Mr William James was professionally dressed with a warm and friendly smile, he introduced himself to my entire family, we liked him right away. He took us to his work space offered us refreshments, even presented our younger son with a balloon and a Nissan GTR Poster, I looked at my wife, we felt relaxed, everything fell into place, Just what we were looking for at the other dealers and did not get, that extra feeling of Warmth, of Caring, of Belonging. I could go on forever commenting on this dealership, but I would say , we leased the Nissan Pathfinder 2011 at a great price. The Managers were wonderful the whole dealership seems to be alive, everyone so friendly, saying hello to the kids, even the owners came over to say thanks for coming and giving us their business cards extending help if we ever needed, the finance department was honest and very polite, we were out in a few hours happy and full of the energy we got from the Dealership..My entire family say "Thank You Teddy Nissan!" thanks for an experience like no other, we just want to let the whole World know that Teddy Nissan is "The Huggable Dealer" go there to experience the ENERGY!! PS. DONT FORGET TO RING THE BELL!!!

The worst customer service ever. The only thing i have to thank Nissan for is making me realize the other car companies i have had experiences with (Honda, Mazda, Toyota, Mitsubishi) werent so bad after all. I took my sentra in because i received a notice of an airbag recall. I showed up and everyone is just standing around. cars in the working stations but no one working on them. I said who can I give my car key to? no answer. I had to walk around and ask each individual until finally someone took it from me but he continued to talk to the other mechanic. i started walking to the waiting room. he later came in and had me fill some information out. what? they have been chatting this whole time and not working? I filled out the form. they said it wouldnt take more than an hour. time passes and I get curious. I walk out to the garage. My car isnt there. I walk around the block to find my car parked outside, along the street, UNLOCKED, in the Bronx. I find the seats laid back, garbage on the floor and crumbs in the seat as if they enjoyed lunch in my car. I went back inside to find the guy in the office chatting with the receptionist. I asked whos working on my car? he didnt know. I said get me the key, Im leaving. He said its not done yet. he didnt have the key and he didnt know who did. I had to walk around asking each staff individually to see where my key was. I get the key. then he takes the receipt out from his back pocket and said sign. I asked whats this, he said the receipt. I replied, i thought you said it wasnt done. He said oh it wasnt but they just handed this to me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! it had been done a while ago but he was just carrying the receipt in his back pocket until his buddies finished taking my car to lunch and meanwhile chatting with the receptionist girls. The air bag probably isnt fixed. and by the way, they wouldnt clean up their lunch mess in my car or vacuum it.
