THIS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! THEY SOLD ME A MESSED UP CAR. THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON 2 MONTHS LATER. THE TRANSMISSION STOPPED WORKING, I HAD TO PAY $3500 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION. THEY USED TO tape to STICK THE HEADLIGHTS ON SO I DIDNT NOTICE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, I DROVE OVER A POT HOLE AND IT FELL OUT! I HAD TO PAY $700 TO GET NEW HEADLIGHTS! I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THE MECHANIC, THEY CHECKED IT OUT AND SAID MY 2 FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARMS ARE BAD AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I HAD TO PAY $1000 TO FIX THAT. THE ANTI FREEZE WAS LEAKING AND I HAD TO PAY TO FIX THAT TOO! THE AIRFLOW SENSOR HAS A TEAR IN IT AND IT COST $450. IM SOOO FUSTRATED. THOSE AR3 NOT EVEN HALF THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAD WITH THE CAR IN 2 MONTHS OF MY PURCHASE! Im currently paying for issues that came with the car. This was the worst purchase ever, the work i have to put into this car cost just as how much i paid for this car! DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AT FIRST GLANCE THEY SEEM VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE BUT THEY ARE NOT! !! THEY WILL TELL YOU HOW MUCH MONEY THEY SPENT ON THE CAR AND ALL THE THINGS THEY "FIXED" WHICH IS A LIE!!! PLEASE DONT BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS!

I was inquiring about a Mercedes Benz gl450, I came across one at IMPERIAL AUTOMALL, when I called the dealership I spoke with sales consultant by the name of GABRIEL , and wanted to schedule an appointment to come and test drive a 2011 gl450. When I arrived at the dealship it seemed like everyone wanted to deal with GABRIEL, after taking care of three customers that were ahead of me GABRIEL still took care of me in a timely fashion. All I can say is he is a true professional and I am happy with my purchase, from beginning to end the process was stress less and I will be returning in the near future. Thank you once again GABRIEL and thank you IMPERIAL AUTO MALL

Bought a 2008 Jeep SRT8 from here earlier this year. I was weary about buying a car from up north and taking it down to Florida. The car was in beautiful condition, and working with Alex I was able to get a great price. I truly think they select quality cars to re-sell here, and I would happily buy another car from them in the future.
