This store was so worried about competition, that they managed to drive away a loyal customer. I called and spoke to someone I thought was the manager. I wanted to order a large quantity of fresh okra for a canning/ preserving project. The manager refused to give me a price over the phone. His tone was that of someone truly inconveniencing him. i placed a phone order with another supplier and got okra so fresh, as if it was picked that morning. Your rudeness cost you to not only lose one good customer, but I will share my terrible experience with others.
Fresh vegetables & good staff but beware of products with expiry dates. I came across many times with expiry products, not sure if it is intentionally or not but this is very frequent as I came across such cases couple of times in last 6 months. Every time, I informed this to manager but this is not coming in control and we still find expiry products. Owner should understand why we dont have such cases in Costco, Walmart or target, why here only, either the staff is not trained or it is done intentionally.
Worst staff and owner! Today I bought idli batter from this store and when I opened it guess what I found Gulabjamun!! Then I called the store and went to return the Gulabjamun for the idli batter. The staff was not helpful and even they didnt show any courtesy. Further, they doubted whether I had replac tha idli batter with gulabjamun. Eventually after a lot of back and forth they provided me the exchange. Poor experience. And this is not the first occasion. Something like this has happened.
Everything indo/paki in one tiny store. I go reluctantly, service sucks, big time, unfortunately. Have Google handy, dont bother asking questions. Many of my friends I sent here say they would never go again. I hate to say it, but you really have to have a bad arrogant attitude when shopping here or theyll eat you alive. Being said, Im a regular and I ignore the cashiers and the old man.
Suvidha grocery sells expired food items. I told them repeatedly to take off expired food stuff from the shelves however they sell them intentionally. Beware and check the expiry of each packed items if you shop there Overcharge or double charge plz check your bills as it has happened to me few times that they charge for 4 items if you have purchased 3 of them. Not a trustworthy store.
Having a very bad experience with the shop at Kennesaw. Almost all the items are expired ones. Starting from Sweets to all the eatable ones. When I went back to the shop and asked for it, the manager with durban replied in a very rude way. This did not happen once or twice. Every time you go pick your eatbales or any items, you will find atleast minimum of 30% will be expired ones.
I love this store. The prices are great. I also find things here that I can not find at the other stores around. Some things I had been searching for years before finding this place. Only thing is I suggest going earlier in the day. As during the evening it can get packed. Other then that I am always telling people to go check this store out.
This store offers a great experience for customers. It has great products and offers a variety of food items. This store needs to be more systematic and they should have more snack items. It is a great place for shopping and offers many Indian and Pakistani grocery items.
This place should be shut down. Most of the products had expired which havent been taken care of even after notifying the management multiple times. Saw dead bugs in the freezer. The Frozen food had thawed and leaked out. Please stay away.
Went here by accident. Thought this was the other Suvidha Ive been to. This place is as good as the other. The Indian vegetables are fresh than any other Indian store I visited. Best place for Indian grocery.
Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. The staff is rude and tends to be just in it for the money. The manager shows a very negative attitude and tends to voice his opinion on what should you purchase or not.
I have been shopping here for about two years now, I usually just buy vegetables and spices. Always fresh vegetables, varieties of spices, and the prices are lower then you would find in the supermarkets.
Owner and his wife are little rude. Also most of the items are always expired. If you show there make sure you check the expiration dates. I asked for refund once and owner gave me hard time.
This is one of the busiest indo pak grocer ... but must visit ... you will find many more shops near by and a mall is also very near by. And the best thing is , it is open up to 9PM
Except for the reason that Indian groceries are sold I would not prefer this place as it is very small, smelly and unorganized. Two carts cannot cross over a lane at a time.
Hidden gem! Got the best pears Ive ever had here!! They werent pretty but they were perfect and ripe. My only wish is that I had gotten more! And it was ridiculously cheap!
I bought some chapati ( stone baked nan ) Full of fungus l took it back to store and returned I did took pictures. I did complain couple of times About the frozen food.
Cheapest fresh produce available in the area. Very friendly staff. Been going here since I was pregnant with my now 2 1/2 year old. She loves the ladies that work there.
One stop shop for all your Indian groceries need. It is congested but they carry a huge variety of things. They also have a food corner and the samosas are real good.
The rice and samosas here are amazing. My family can always count on the spices and the deals are great but, often they are out of stock in some certain things.
Close by, standard Indian grocery fare. Not worth driving out of the way for but if you are in the area and looking for an Indian grocery this one is adequate.
Good Indian store with wide variety of items. You can get vegetables, pulses at reasonable price and quality is good too. But the store is really congested.
Good variety and price for indian groceries. The lines are long as usual for market, but since its a small area it is very crowded and hard to move around.
Extremely crowded isles. Good prices and friendly staff but the place is seriously crowded and could pose a hazard in the event of an emergency.
Good place.Reasonable Prices!! Most of the indian groceries available here. Staff has to improve friendliness and how to talk to customers.
Most of their products are EXPIRED and some of them dont even have labels. Be careful when you buy food from this Indian grocery.
Excellent variety, good price, plenty of parking. Large produce and freezer selections. Has hot counter and one for sweets.
Its a very good store .everything is available what you thinks and prices are very great .thanks
Fresh vegetables and Indian spices. Must to check expiration date on products before buying.
Good India/Pakistan grocery store. Little bit congested to move around in the shop.
Great place for Indian grocery. Price is right, vegetables are fresh and cheaper.
Good grocery store. You will find most of Indian/Pakistani grocery items here.
