DONT USE THE WATERED DOWN GAS THERE. The first time I used it a couple months ago I noticed a dramatic decrease in gas mileage and power. the second time a 5 days ago cost me my fuel pump. when I inspected the tank and the pump there was so much water mixed in with the fuel. luckily Im a mechanic and new what the issue was. Having hard cold starts and have to hold the gas pedal down Just to idle. Changed the pump, put water remover in the tank and filled up with quicktrip premium gas. now at the coldest morning of the year started right up. Ill continue shopping at the store but I will never by gas from them again. this could have ruined my engine and or the rest of my fuel system. not to mention I usually get 300 miles to a tank and the first time I got 175 miles this time barely 135 miles. So thats around $200 in gas alone plus the price of the pump and having to do it in the cold. Thanks Kroger with the cheap watered down gas. This gas is worse than military on post gas. Never again.

Manager name Shilla Baily, horrible service, rude, i dont understand how she became a manager. i bought gift card. in a minute i see only 1 point. i talk to her why like this ? her answer is, gift card dont have point system. i suggest they should put some notice or something so customers can understand. she show me small notice which was hidden by gift cards all the way in bottom. even she was not able to find for a minute. i ask to take it back. i have recipe. her excuse we cant take it back once we sell any gift card. now there is nothing notice like that on it. why ? coz it was her own rule. this is 2nd time happen with me. she is racist. IF MANAGERS ARE RACIST THEN WHO IS GONNA GIVE GOOD SERVICE. I SUGGEST EVER CUSTOMER DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY DONT GIVE YOU GOOD SERVICE. I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AND I WILL SPREAD THIS TO EVERYONE.

My name is Dan Coleman and i had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn in Customer Care. i came to pick up cash from Western Union and they where having trouble with the printer. My legs and back were sore and it took about 20min or so while Carolyn was taking care of me and other customers. It was a very PLEASANT WAIT. Carolyn is to be commend for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and the special interest that she show to the customers. My experience is always a good one the flowers are so beautiful as you enter the door. So well arranged to put a smile on your face. The fried chicken is the best (well almost the best) mine is the best. The sub sandwiches are made by a little lady in the deli, she makes the best! I wish I knew her name! The store overall is always neat and clean.(Mableton Ga store). I shop there at least 3 times a week.

The service was terrible. Carolyn the employee at the self-checkout was so rude, making snide comments about people take anything when its free. Well sorry for using the coupon I got from the Kroger app to get the free item I was offered for a product I use. I will never go back to this location. Kroger really needs to work with their employees to improve customer service.

Store was decent and seems to be recently remodeled, but going here at 9PM, all departments were closed, all but one door was locked and there was a security guard at that entrance. Makes me think that part of town might not be the best??? Probably wont be back, but the store seems decent and the lines werent long as long as you are willing to use self checkout.

I may be lil biased, but I really like this location. The staff are friendly & willing to assist when necessary. Plus, it has everything I need including the gas station for my Kroger fuel points. Oh & I always go to the self check out line, which moves pretty quick unless er body & their aunty is out; but if youre a regular you know when to avoid rush hour.

Pharmacy has the highest prices the new manager is the worst I will never get my medications fill at this location EVER. They told me they dont price match and said my medication (which Ive gotten my meds filled there B4) would cost me over $100?! Ha no thanks so I went down the street to another Kroger and got my medication for $30 hassle free.

The Seafood Manager has the WORST attitude !!!! I thought it was just me, but when two people I know complained about him and I had never had a conversation with them about him, I felt better. I care about people and how they are treated and I wished Kroger upper Management did too and changed Seafood Managers !!!!

Went in to buy snow crab legs they weighed them FROZEN of course they will weigh more and charged me that price when I had them steamed. None of there fresh seafood is frozen and no other Kroger Ive been to has done that before. Will stick with the Powder Springs location from now one. Much better service.

I was very disappointed with my visit at this store on Tues, 6/5/12. I went in to purchase an item from the deli that is "guaranteed" to be available but wasnt. The store manager, Michael Langdon, didnt seem too interested in honoring the guarantee that is clearly posted. Ill shop elsewhere from now on.

Ive been coming to kroger on and off for years but I would have to say that the customer service line is always ridiculously long. I get it they do money orders, returns, answer the phones and more but they need to come up with a way to reduce the wait. A separate money order line sounds great.

I wish they would update this Kroger like the rest of them. The staff there are usually nice and courteous. Its always busy and its in an area that is growing with the expansion of the Braves Stadium, so hopefully they update and make it newer like the rest. It is the only Kroger in our area.

Why do you not take Android pay!!! I asked the cashier of they did I was told yes. I went and had a sandwich made. Just to waste time waiting for that and then waiting in line just to find out you dont use Android Pay. Get with the program. Not everyone uses Samsungs or Crapples!!!

My fallback for when the next door Publix doesnt have some item. If it werent so dark inside [lighting] and if they didnt stuff so much all around the endcaps [claustrophobic] I would drop in there more often. I simply feel uncomfortable the minute Im half way into the store.

Ive been to this Kroger more than a few times and my experience has been consistently average to below average. The customer service line is always super slow. The store isnt necessarily dirty, but it never feels clean either. The store does stay relatively well stock.
