I went to FedEx Kinkos looking to print out a sheet of stickers using a flash drive. I waited in line to be helped, which was fast-moving and not a problem. But when it was my turn for the worker to "assist" me, he just pointed me to a computer and told me I should "Figure it out because we are very busy..." After putting my credit card in the machine, the computer started racking up a bill PER SECOND, while getting absolutely nowhere, I asked for more help. With a snotty attitude, the man talked down to me as if I should have known which paper, tray number, and printer I should be selecting. After racking up $3.00 just from using the computer, $0.55 to print, and $0.55 for the paper, I left with a single black and white piece of paper that cost me over $4.00! I usually do not write poor reviews, but my visit to kinkos left me so irritated that I felt the need to have my say.

I have been using Kinkos for years for lack of a better alternative. But this time was a deal breaker. I ordered business cards that were printed on subpar paper and look anything but professional, I ordered stickers that were ok and almost paid a ridiculous amount for a "paper" banner. Luckily I was able to find a banner place that actually created a grommeted vinyl banner for 1/2 the price of their paper banner and had to have 1000 business cards re-printed because I was embarrassed to hand them out. Bottom line is your prices are ridiculous, your paper selection is below the standard and typically your personnel could use a lesson in manners. By the way...Office Max Rules!

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at this Fedex. I work for a local non-profit and we have printed a few jobs here. Yesterday I wanted to print an 8 page booklet. I was told by Aaron to setup the booklet in spreads with pagination. When I asked for assistance he was extremely rude and condescending to me. He told me I need to figure it out on my own and he cant help me. I have been working as a graphic designer for 10 years, and have printed thousands of jobs with many printers. This is the worst service I have ever received and my company will never print there again. If you want professional printing this is not the place.

I have been to Kinkos a number of times, and every time I seem to always end up having Ron assist me. Ron has been so friendly and helpful everytime I have needed anything done. He is very personable and is very good at what he does. If I have ever had something print wrong from how he set it up, he never charges me for it; which should be expected, but some places you never know. I always enjoy using Kinkos and greatly appreciate all the help Ron has been. Every business could use a Ron.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went to the store and emailed them something to print and they said they couldnt print from a link, even though I did exactly this only a day ago in the same store! The guy didnt even know their email address!!! I RECOMMEND GOING TO OFFICE DEPOT thats less than a mile away (beside the Whole Foods on Plymouth Road) - their service is more reliable, faster, and CHEAPER!

Took me 30 min to ship an envelope to a neighboring state. The place was disorganized. The fedex staff at the counter helping me the people in the line was a new employee and he was simply inexperienced. Fedex needs to really train their new employees before they are asked to handle customers. USPS location near my office is much better organized than this Fedex.

I had a very poor experience at this store. I was not welcomed when I walked in and then after about 5 minutes someone finally came to help me. When they did help me, they did not have the service that I wanted and then he kept changing the pricing. I would not go back.

I have lived near this store for close to 20 years and run dozens of jobs of varying types through them. While not perfect, the service and performance of this location has exceeded that of other Fedex locations around the country I have used.
