WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in the store with a box under my arm. There were other customers in the store in various stages of being helped. A counter person was walking near the scale and moved something off it. She then said, "Put it here!" Mind you this person hadnt looked at me, hadnt even glanced at me, hadnt acknowledged me in any way, so I had no idea she was even talking to me. She finally looked up at me with a look of exasperation, and gestured to the scale again, like I was supposed to get with it. I said, " Oh, are you talking to me?" "Well, yeah!" she said. I walked forward and placed my box on the scale. As it touched down, she demanded, "Phone Number!" I gave her my number and then she said, "Well, you are not in the system! What, youve never shipped from here before?" like I was intentionally making her job way harder. I told her I hadnt and she then demanded my Drivers license. I told her I didnt have it with me and she told me Company policy is that I have to have it on file for them to ship anything, "that way when something inside your box blows up, we know where to find you!" I told her it was just a football helmet. "Too bad, that is UPS policy!" I had had enough by this point. I picked up my box and told even if I did have my license with me, it was none of her or UPSs business where I lived! I took my box to USPS and mailed it WITHOUT A DRIVERS LICENSE ON FILE and got free tracking with it. Obviously, there is no need for me to EVER use UPS again!

I came in to ship a return item across Minneapolis. The site I was returning to required that the item be shipped by a certified tracking system so I decided to use UPS. The guy behind the counter acted as if having to deal with me was a huge imposition. He informed me that Id need to purchase a box at $17.50 and that he couldnt touch the packaging of the item unless I paid an additional $20. I decided that for $20 Id package it myself and asked if I could use their tape to seal the box (youd think for $17.50 they could throw this in) to which he replied "nope, but you can purchase some from us for $3.99". So there I am in the middle of the store trying to assemble my package while the two UPS employees sat looking at their phones. Once it was packed I put the box and item on the scale and the guy informs me that shipping would be $52..........yes, $52 to send a box from Eden Prairie to Bloomington. I asked the guy if they planned on sending the package on its own individual gold-plated truck, to which he replied..."if you dont like it you can always go to the post office", (if I hadnt been rushed for time I would have). Anyway, the final damage was $78+ just to send a box across town. After this experience I will NEVER use UPS again. Horrible, HORRIBLE experience.

I had to ship several presents and needed lots of help. I was stressed because I didnt know how much i was about to spend. There was 2 employees there and they both were so helpful. They helped me find the best boxes and type of delivery. They were patient and didnt make me feel stupid or like I was being a bother. In the end all my presents got shipped faster than I thought for a price I honestly thought was low, or at least lower than I expected. They even made copies of a few things I had with me. It was nice to go into something expecting a total mess and have it turn out so nice instead! Although there are lots of UPS Stores around, I will be going back to this one any time I need to ship or pack something again.

Not the best customer service. Its best to know exactly what you want before you go in otherwise it will be obvious that your interupting their day. I just treat them like a drop off. I never buy anything from them or use any of there services. I can get boxes cheaper and copies and anything else they have someplace else. Without the attitude. I even print my labels online. One tip. always get a receipt. They lose things at this store. At least you can prove to your customer you dropped it off.

These guys are usually good, been dropping UPS off there for months with no problem. Dropped off a DHL package there 2 days ago and they had not had it picked up yet by DHL. Bad customer service experience- the lady hung up on me when I called to have her set the package aside so I could pick it up and take it to DHL. Will avoid dropping anything off at this location in the future.

If you print at the computer with the clerk, I was just charged for all color copies ($$$) because apparently it is not an option to do black and white at the computer, and I was not told that it would be color copies (even though most of what I printed was B&W). Be sure to ask what you will be charged for since I unfortunately assumed it would be B&W.

Just had a terrible experience here. 10/22/16 around 11:20 am. Asked a couple of questions politely and received rude responses. After 3 very curt and rude responses accompanied by zero eye contact I chose to leave and seek another option for my packaging needs. Very disappointing.
