Called the Ankeny store, out of laminate. Went to the Merle Hay Store, out of laminate. When youre a business, and one as large as Staples how is it that multiple stores in a metropolitan area are out of materials at their copy centers to laminate things? Not to mention when I asked about having my poster laminated I was told it would take a day, and Id have to pick it up the day after. It takes 30 seconds to laminate something. You wipe the poster of dust with a microfiber cloth and stick it in a machine that laminates it automatically. Why do I have to wait an entire day to pick it up? Ended up trying Staples in Altoona, and got the same answer of they wouldnt be able to get my poster done today, that Id have to pick it up tomorrow... Awful service from two of the three stores around my area. Not impressed to say the least.

on 7-30-13 I went to Staples to ask about getting 2 "name stamps" made. Megan greeted me with a smile, very customer friendly & answered my questions. I placed the order to have them made for me to pick up that same day. I have purchased from a competitor in the past - but because of Megans Customer Service, I will buy our office supplies from Staples. I got a coupon in the mail for $10 off a $10 purchase. I made sure I was familiar with the long list of exclusions. We got there found our items and found out that all of our items were excluded because they were on special. Even the paper which was ok, as soon as we added more than one paper there was now a deal. We literally couldnt use the coupon so we walked away. That was Staples last chance. It is never a good experience.

Printing services are the worst. Waiting in line ...and then.....cant do nothing since he is busy with another customer and need to make an order...I left the place and never coming back. Fedex printing here I go.

Cant wait till they get ore of the Erin Condren products in @ the Merle Hay store. Now if they just had a wheel chair so my mom, who often comes with me could actually shop too. :-)

Cannot say enough about the staff. Extremely helpful and professional; if they have an issue, they reach out to contact you immediately regarding any delays to a print job.
