What did I like about my experience? Nothing. I delt with some very rude and unprofessional sales guys. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes, with no one around me to not once be acknowledged. Finally a guy walked up behind me... and the sales guy skipped over me! When I tried to get his attention he said he could not help me now. Just because I am a woman does not make it right to skip over me and help a guy behind me. And then tell me that he can no longer help me. It was rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. I planned on coming in to spend a bit of money for the sales guys to ignore me and sell the last item in Stock out from underneath of me to the guy BEHIND ME. Me, my friends, my family, and their friends and family will no longer be shopping at any of these stores for the rude sales people. Thank you for showing me such terrible customer service

Stood around in the archery department of this store for fifteen minutes before I decided to leave. Okay, sure youre busy and all but that didnt stop the employees from asking two other customers if they needed help and answering the phone and speaking on it for five minutes. It was a nice touch to have one of the employees walk past me four times without making eye contact. If you work here and are reading this review I was the black guy in the Mossy Oak ball cap that stopped in on September 11th. Service like that is the reason why online and big box retailers are doing better than independent stores

my last four firearm purchases have been at great lakes outdoor supply during a sale related event. i could not find the firearms purchased on sale anywhere for less. the only complaint i have is some sale items are available in limited numbers. sales staff is very friendly and willing to help anyway they can. would recommend great lakes outdoor supply to anyone looking for quality out door products for a great price.

Terrible experience with a recent return. Your 14 day return policy is outrageously tight and it was like pulling teeth to get a Mgr. to even consider a store credit. Good luck staying in business in Bainbridge. I for one, will no longer patronize this store

Very disappointing. Could not get any customer service as the sales guy was too busy trading weekend stories with his buddy. Left after 20 minutes in the store and looked for somewhere more welcoming for my future business.
