Possibly the most pleasant experience Ive ever had buying a pair of shoes. I was looking to get into running to improve my health and after spending a great deal of time online reading about running shoes and looking for a pair I decided that if I was going to do it right I needed to go to a brink and mortar store and talk to someone who knew more than me. Im very glad I did. The staff was genuinely friendly, not pushy sales type, just very happy to help. They watched me walked and measured my feet and then brought to a few pairs of shoes that were best suited for me. After trying them all on and walking around a bit, I was able to choose a shoe I was very comfortable with. All the while the staff were answering my questions and helping me get a better understanding of what was what and why. They were supportive in my choice to start running and even made me aware of a local group of runners in the area who meet frequently and invited me to join them. I mke about 99% of my purchases online but I know that going forward I will be buying my running related shoes here. I highly recommend this store.

I tried to like this store a lot but I tried a pair of shoes that I ended up returning because I ended up not liking them. The receipt clearly states I have 15 days to get a full refund. But the guy said because they were on sale I only get store credit. Now Im stuck buying over priced shirts and gear. As soon as my credit is up I will not be returning to this store or recommending this to anyone.

Comfortable atmosphere, extremely helpful and kind staff. Not pushy at all. Wide variety from traditional running shoes to minimalist with a great selection of brands and types. Great price ranges as well - you can spend as much or as little as you want. Quality gear. Ill go here every time and have it shipped to me if necessary.
