Hello Corporate office, Im here at one of your sites (21437 S. Ellsworth Rd. Queen Creek, AZ 85142) and was picking up a coffee table I just bought today. The employees were rude and tried to force it into my trunk crooked, causing damage to the bumper. Considering it was small I wasnt going to complain because they were kids and probably havent been shown how to load properly. However, the treatment my wife, sister and brother were given was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. They were trying to rush them out as well as other customers without prior announcement which is normally done in most of the Goodwills weve shopped at in Arizona. The employees were pushy and rude without engagement from customers. My wife even heard them complain about bringing the coffee table in back because they claimed to be busy when they were clearly not working. Now Ive never had anything to complain about considering you guys pride yourselves on helping others get back on their feet. But youd think that youd train all employees on how to interact with others or even how to do their job. Especially when it comes to announcing store closing times.

Staff was rude. Multiple parts of the store different staff members did things like sighing or sucking their teeth when a simple "excuse me" or "sorry I didnt see you there" would have worked. I was willing to let most of it go but an especially rude older lady with short hair and glasses helped me make up my mind to post this review. At the very least dont come in here on a Saturday afternoon.

There honestly isnt one bad thing I can say about this Goodwill. The selection is amazing, the pricing is more than fair, the bathrooms are cleans and last but certainly not least, the staff are super nice and helpful. Its a long drive but Ill definitely be going back.

Brand new to the Queen Creek area this Goodwill is a great location for the folks here to get the best in used items. Very busy so get there early for the best deals.
