Way overpriced. Bad customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. As a bi-monthly shopper of this store for several years now, they have slowly been raising their prices on their items, especially their clothing to the point that I can buy something new for cheaper than what they have it here. For example, they had a George mens white dress shirt for $14.99. The same shirt new is $13 at Walmart.,There were several other ratty shirts were anywhere from $15 to $20 each. Even other Savers in the valley are not this overpriced. They must think they are some high-end boutique store, but this is ridiculous. I walked out and went a couple doors down to Tags and got a good as new Polo dress shirt for $5.99. Also, the employees here are not helpful or friendly. They obviously dont like working there and it shows. From now on, Ill pass up this Savers and go to DI or Tags.

I used to love to shop here. I live an hour and a half a way and would make the trip just because I loved it so much and I would always brag to friends about my amazing thrift store finds. Then I went in there this year for some school clothes and I was appalled at how much they have raised their prices. I spent less at areopostle and got more items. Also I found a pair of slacks from lane Bryant with tags still on them that were priced at 13.00 and actually purchased that same pair 3 hrs earlier at lane Bryant for 7.00 (clearance) I did give it one star because they do have great furniture for DIY that is extremely cheap, but when your purchasing a night stand for half the the cost of a jacket I think its time to start going elsewhere... I hear great things about the goodwill in Murray.

This is an awesome Savers. Its pretty big, and relatively clean compared to other Savers. The staff are extremely friendly, especially that guy with the mustache. I really like buying puzzles here. Theres a great selection of puzzles, and they get a ton of new ones every week. Plus some little old lady who donates a lot of puzzles often writes on the back how many pieces are missing. They sell a lot of stuff for halloween, too, and at that time they get a ton of new costumes. Their donation people are really great to work with. Its pretty easy to see and drive up to give donations, and the workers are really muscly and can lift even the heaviest things out of my car.

Pricing at Savers is a lot better thought out: everything goes half off after not being sold over a few weeks and then given away. If you randomly grab stuff, it might cost as much as DI or even more, but if you look at the tags and get whats on sale, you save big time. Plus they dont have mentally handicapped in charge of upraising so you dont find things like a 600$ accordian with ripped bellows (useless) or 120$ for guitar with 1in+ action. These things are for DI, not Savers. Ideally, when the thrift trend dies again and we all go back to Abercrombie, prices will fall again to the good ol days, but for now: Savers ftw!

My go-to place for clothes, shoes, and some household items if I happen to find them. Whenever we need something at a retail store, we typically always check Savers first. Today I saw a dude with a practically brand new Camelbak for $3! Sometimes their pricing is whack. I went to buy some picture frames and found two that were exactly alike, but one was priced $2.99 and one $6.99. I simply brought it up to the cashier and she rang them both up for $2.99. Awesome! Extra savings tip: take in your donation the day you shop and youll get a 20% off coupon!

Savers and DI sicken me! The prices are set above what youd pay for a brand new version of the item you are buying filthy and used. And they get all that stuff for free, given by good citizens like you and me. You might get a decent deal if you come on a half off particular colored tag day, but your not likely to find anything truly spectacular with a half-offed tag. Where are all the GOOD charity thrift stores: Goodwill, Salvation Army, St. Vincent De Paul??? Thrift stores that arent out to make a killing?

They have some terrible staff. Im sure its not everyone there, but theres a few bad apples. It makes it hard to want to go again. Prices are average, you can definitely get cheaper items at DI. Its kept organized and relatively clean, except for the toy area, thats just a disaster! They mention over the speakers to keep your kids with you, but no one does, and the staff dont do anything about it. Ive nailed 2 or 3 kids on accident.

Geat price but NEVER BUY AHEAD!!! Im on disability, bought a table and desk for my daughter after her husband died. Im fully epileptic. My seizures acted up real bad!! Didnt pick up in 24 hours. I lost 49 dollars when u only get 760 a month that is a million to me. Now I had to tell her sorry mom lied I dont have it for u. It makes me sad how RUDE people can be. Hope it gets better for all

Absolutely love this place! I reverently discovered it from all my friends recommending it! My sister and I went at the end of September to look for Halloween costumes and were not disappointed! Not only are they so much cheaper, but theres more options besides skanky women and morph suits! My entire costume (while getting earrings, makeup and a belt) came to only $23. Awesome!

I like the selection and the stuff they have out is unique and great. Now I know this is a thrift store to begin with, but several times when Ive gone to Savers Ive been waiting in a long line while there is just ONE register open and 3-4 employees standing around--thats stupid and unprofessional of any establishment. I dont care who you are or what kind of store it is.

Its a thrift store, it smells like a thrift store, and stuff is dirty like a thrift store. That said, I can usually find what I need and with the area people donate some pretty nice brands. More often than you think you find brand new stuff with tags still on. They also do a Halloween special and stock brand new Halloween costumes, makeup, etc. My go to thrift store

Most of my trips would cost me 20 dollars and thats for just 3 items. This place is a rip off! Who ever is in charge with the pricing is a scandalous. believe it. Its like shopping at Walmart..better yet Id prob get 10 items from Walmart clearance than savers hand down clothing and so called goods. Thanks a lot.

I used to love this place! When I went there yesterday they had several items without tags. Just take heed and make sure your items have tags so you dont waste your time. The cashier was very rude, the items were way overpriced and I honestly will not go there again. It was a complete waste of my time

Great deals! They have fairly cheap prices but they do rotate color of the day for tags that will be fifty percent off. We went tho the veterans day sale and the whole store was fifty percent off. We got my husband a nice winter coat for like $10 bucks. I found some sweat pants for $1.50.
