This morning I donated around $200 worth of clothes, toys books and electronics. I decided to check out the inside of the store for some books for my daughters. This is the first time i have been at this location in which I can say I wont be returning. I had to wait in line for at least ten minutes with only one lady in front of me. They had only one checkout open. The older lady that was supposed to check my 100 dollar bill couldnt even see and kept looking at th bill over and over holding up the line once again. Then I asked to see if a sweater I found could be discounted half of th price since there were two holes in it. They were rude again and took the sweatwr from me and said no we wont sell it. I was gonna purchase the sweater regardless if they discounted to try to sew it. I just thought I would ask for the price discount so I wouldnt be out of to much if the project went south. I asked to speak to manager in which she came spoke to the older lady and then left without even acknowledging me.If she spoke to me she would have known I wanted the sweater and was going to pay the regular price. Horrible experience!!! Wont ever go there again! Ill stick to donating to savers or goodwill in warner and McQueen.

Ive spent well over $200.00 the past few weeks at this location. I love the variety of things they have here. I bought a whole new wardrobe that I love and a TON of cool things for my bedroom, house, and backyard from the trinkets section in the back left. Very kind, friendly, helpful employees, and an excellent 98 cent store just next door! All good things! Blessed be! :-) *~*

I have only unloaded stuff there. I was backing in like the person ahead of me and the guy shouts at me to stop! And then pull straight. What?! The people unloading seem annoyed to be taking your crap. They all hate their jobs. Unfriendly, uncaring. Half the time they dont even ask if I want a receipt.

This is one of the dirtiest good will stores I have been in. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Their shopping carts almost all have the child restraint strap cut off and the carts are hard to push. Left after a few minutes of having to carry my 25lb toddler around in my arms.

Pull around the back of the building, start to unload and theyll start helping. Theyll write a receipt right there if you want. They never reject anything. Usually courteous and friendly. Check the website for drop off hours if you want help unloading or a receipt.

You can easily drop off your donations in the back. They have daily specials inside. Sometimes you can find some great buys if you keep your eyes open

Its kind of stupid to see a price of over $5.00 on something like a used tablecloth. Ive heard of inflation but thats silly for a Goodwill store.
