Disrespectful and ungrateful employees when collecting the donations. We have not shopped in this store yet. We do however donate large quantities of goods each year. Brand name clothes, shoes, housewares, decorations, art etc. We try to take the donations to community centers that will give, not sell, to those in need. On days that we need to unload our things and those places are not open for drop off we go to the savers on N. Arizona. Each time we have donated the same man is there to collect the donations. Each time I tell him which boxes have glass in them. They get tossed up on the piled cart in the same manor as the clothes. Each time he is very rough. Immediately the boxes or bags are damaged and things start to fall out and there they will lay on the ground. What is the point in getting nice things if they become broken or dirtied before they even hit the shelf. I am in disbelief at the nonchalant grabbing and tossing. At least appear thankful and respectful when I am standing right in front of you. That will be our last donation at this Savers.

I love this store and company more than anything. Its a fantastic thing having a thrift store like this in such a good neighborhood because youll never know what you will find. Its CHEAP. There is a huge selection. Its constantly stocked with new items from the ends of the earth. Very well maintained store compared to others around Phoenix.

We went here just before Halloween to find a costume for my son. After stopping at several thrift stores I was about to give up. This store is immaculate. The employees are great and the store is well organized. The manager is great at what she does.

They will follow you around like your stealing stuff even when youve spent hundreds there.kinda creepy and its a shame.hey i cant help that im 46 and not afraid to have a mohawk and where a nice suit.they need to be alittle more kind and courteous.

Great place, as long as they dont keep raising the prices, like they have been recently. Used to be a lot better on price and cleanliness. Some of the stuff is even more than you will pay at a store. But most of the stuff is a great deal.

Savers is a great thrift store- usually I find a decent selection of books and clothing, although it is pricier than it was the last time I had been here a couple years ago. But they donate to local charities, so theres that, at least.

Big selection, but the pricing is delusional. They think certain things are collectable and price them high, but they often mis-identify things. Overpriced, lower-quality items. Decent prices on clothes, but some are way overpriced.

By far my favorite Thrift Shop. There is always a sale going on making the clothes cost next to nothing. I have gotten some really nice things here, including some stuff that still has the tag on it.

Lots of options but prices have gone up much faster than the rest of the economy in recent years so yard sales are quite a bit more affordable. This isnt so much Savers as thrifting as a whole.
