The Customer Service Manager, Carl, is really great. He will take the time to show jewelry or help with furniture or whatever. This is the best CSM they have had in this store in a long time. Most of the cashiers are nice, but some of them you can tell really dont want to be there. Goodwill is not a bad place to work. I have a friend who says she has moved up from her original cashier position and is now in management. She likes her job most days, LOL. I have been shopping at Goodwill for many years. You have to know your prices ahead of time to know if you are getting a deal or not. 50% every other Saturday is great. I would fault them on one thing though - they should always include seasonal items in their 50% off days. Its stupid to not give 50% off on everything in the store that is donated, and only give discounts on certain days and only a couple of times a year. I dont think Goodwill realizes that if they backed off on some of their higher prices, like for furniture or art work, they would sell more thus making more money. This is donated stuff, remember! I will continue to shop Goodwill, but it saddens me to see that they have turned themselves into a "business" instead of a place where people can get help with lower prices.

Hello, I am an ex-employee of this location. Although this store -looks- nice, the higher ups are greedy people. They price things far too high because the area has nicer customers. Several workers were fired for talking too much to the customers/giving -good- customer service and caring. Demands in the production/back area are ridiculous. Another employee was flat out cussed out by the store manager for calling in and was told the only reason to call in was if youre going to the ER. I advise to stay away and do not donate to this location. Your donations will be either thrown out or over priced simply to make budget and higher ups look good.

I was able to find some nice shirts, but this is definitely not one of the better Goodwills. Not much to offer in the electronic section, items seemed to be misplaced and there were only 2 people working at a time. Also, I thought it was just me, but after reading other reviews, I realized the prices here are indeed high. At other locations, there are womens tops for $2.99, but here the lowest I saw was $4.99, so I only bought items that were marked down already. Also, the atmosphere wasnt the friendliest. Overall, Im just glad this isnt the one thats closest to where I live. I can leave with bags of clothes and a smile from that one.

Horrendous management. We had an issue with our gift card having the wrong amount it. They called the manager up and she said should would come after she finished something else first. We waited for over 10 minutes and every time they called the manager she said she would come when finished. We couldnt wait any longer with our little baby girl starting to cry. When we almost finished checking out, Ronita, who is the incompetent manager in question, finally came up and saw us checking out so she didnt say a word and turned right back around. She didnt say sorry, nothing. She is terrible and should not be even close to being a manager.

This place is a sweat shop. An employee found $3000 and handed it to management and they gave him 10% of the money. GW is not a non profit organization because every 10 cents of each dollar spent at Goodwill goes to the company. So when the man found the money, it went towards the store sales. So rather than taking that free money and giving it to homeless people they took it for their non profit mission. Do the math. They can spend thousands of dollars on events but cant give their workers raises.

Ive been to my fair share of Goodwills. Some good, some bad. This one is definitely on the bad side. The selection is lacking, the prices are high for what they have and worst of all, the bathrooms. There was actual fecal matter on the walls and urine on the floors. I dont expect an immaculate restroom but I think even the dirtiest of establishments would agree that this isnt okay. The only reason it gets two stars is because of the sweet lady at the checkout.

This store is a bit more unorganized than many of the other Goodwills in the area. The electronic section is always lacking in stock. The staff is nice, but it seems like there are fewer here than other locations. The clothing section is pretty well stocked, but always a mess. You can find some good items here from time to time, but shopping here consistently would help in finding those items, make sure to look in ALL areas otherwise you may not find them.

For getting that stuff for free, they must be making a killing!!!! when disasters strike or just general community help i see the salvation army red cross and st vincent de paul out there. i know good will has some centers for work training but really dont see all that much. you can find a deal or two to make it worth your while but only if its on a 1/2 off day. i find better deals at clearance stores at fiesta mall and these items are new.

Worst goodwill ever. The Manager is useless. Customer service is does not exist. The employees are allowed to be rude . The employees complain about people steeling but when I tried to pay for my stuff the cashes clearly had her light on and told me she w as closed rudely. So I went in the other line and not 2 minutes someone elses comes in her line and she rings them up.

I go to goodwill all the time and this is the first time for this location. I WILL Never come to this location again . Employee and manager are useless and treat customers unjust. This experience make me not want to go to any goodwill ever again and never donate again as well as tell all my friends and family to fo the same.

Goodwills are always higher priced than most thirft stores. But this location has extra-high prices. Example: Went to buy a walker for a disabled friend and it was 14.99 at this store. Found exact walker at another Goodwill and the price was 9.99. Seems they are gouging the customers. I will not be back.

The workers are extremely nice and very helpful. Everything was well stocked today and they were running a special $1 sale on 3 tag colors along with the regular colored tag 1/2 off. I got a beautiful name brand outfit and a pair of $1 shoes to go with it and it all just cost $12!!! Yay me!!

Average goodwill. Pretty clean and good variety of stuff. Only complaint is the prices, they price things too high so that some things are only a good deal on their half off days. Ive also seen them raise prices on things right before half off day.
