Was at the Giant in Hatfield on a Saturday evening and realized how manipulating the signs are at the register. "if you 4th in line, your groceries are free". the ladies working at the 3 open registeres really do screw over their customers when they are swamped. all registers were full including self checkout. i was # 7 in line and requested to the lady at the register that my groceries and the gentleman in frong of me should be free according to the sign and pointing out all registers (including self checkout) were full. Oh she shot that down right away stating "I was going as fast as I could and the line was moving fast, so technically it doesnt count even though you were the 7th person in line". If this is how a business operates, they certianly lost a valued customer.

I love to do my grocery shopping there. Today and wired incident happen, I went really morning between 9-10 am. Came back home put the grocery away finish the house work and take the kids to jumping jack, there is realised I am missing my breslet. I thought I dropped it at home. I checked even ware at home now luck, then I called giant. They said they found it, some costumer returned it. Thank you so much for the honesty. The Giants store employees and too that costumer. ( it was a gift from my grandmother that passed away almost 15 years know) Ones again Thank you so much. Afifa

Actual food is fine. The plastic bags are horrible as is customer service. I went to double bag a glass jar at the self check-out and it fell right through onto the floor shattering just missing my feet. The clerk just stared at me. I had to ask him to call someone to clean it and also for a paper towel to wipe away the glass/pasta sauce all over my legs. As I left no one even came to put up a sign to warn people to avoid the area. I even asked if I could find a sign to place but clerk said no. This is disturbing as someone could have gotten seriously hurt.

I used to love this Giant store in Hatfield! They have a great selection in their Natures Promise aisles & employees are helpful & friendly for the most part... But with their recent renovations, this store is a mess, its difficult to find what youre looking for, & theyre actually reducing the variety & options of certain brands which is discouraging... I may start driving further to Landis or Hennings if they continue to reduce their selection of products & brands I love:(

Just had my third experience like this in a row. Waited over 20+ minutes today at 2pm for one item at the deli. There were only 4 people ahead of me so I didnt think Id spend that long. Let me point out that I had to come back today because like usual they were out of chicken salad AGAIN by 12:30. If you know its youre most popular, why wouldnt you be better prepared? Its seriously every week, and I pass 2 other stores to come here, but its gotten really ridiculous.

The people in charge over there do a good job. Just beware of the older lady at the check out.... Shes a piece of work. Shes definitely on the nasty side. At first I was completely offended. But, what can you do... shes a senior citizen. Now I kinda find it amusing. One more thing, I love the customer in training carts.

It is okay. I would MUCH rather make the trip down to Montgomeryville though. I am not sure what it is, but it isnt as quality as it should be. Plus, they are not keeping up with the curve & do not have any beer, which is sorta super important when it comes to its local competition.

Great place. Open 24 hours. Has self checkout + fast lane + regular checkout . Has fresh groceries. Has bakery. Employees are nice if you need help finding something. Has a pharmacy (has a Higgi machine for self health assessment like blood pressure, BMI, etc).

Great selection of produce for the area. Proteins are middle of the road. They are the 2nd best in this area for seafood which I must give to Assi markets for that and international spices. Giant is my local to to for daileys.

Cashiers always ready to cash you out... Very rare to wait for an open line...if more then one person waiting, they open another register. To me that is service. They get what you buy...

Produce section is better than other nearby Giant stores. Store is usually well stocked and clean. Staff is usually pretty good, if you ask a question they do take the time to help you.

The renovations are ok and they have made an effort to reduce the time you wait to checkout, but the produce is horrible. $1.30 for ONE green pepper and $7.00 for 3 broccoli crowns.

Typical Giant grocery store, this particular one includes a great organic selection (again for a Giant store). No beer selection here. Great for a quick stop for dinner shopping.

This Giant is a very clean store with helpful people. We love the party trays!! The store itself is nicer, newer, and cleaner than other Giant stores. Great vegetarian section.

Like the rewards program to save a little on gas. Atlantic salmon with Bourbon sauce is outstanding. Food is always fresh, and I can always find what I need for the week.

The parking lot is a nightmare & the prices are expensive. But this is the only Giant in the immediate area so the location works for me.
