This used to be my very favorite grocery store. I have told so many people about their meat department being the best and having a great selection. I have been shopping at this Giant since it opened. Lately i am frustrated when i shop here. The shelves are EMPTY of ALL sale items on the 1ST OR 2ND day of the sale. Even if you go back a few days later the sale items are STILL not re-stocked. The last 6 times i have bought their store brand boneless chicken breast i have found pieces of bone in it. I can see that happening every now and than but it has been EVERY time! I dont know if moving their sale days did it...or it is under different management but it has gone down hill.

Im a disabled senor citizen in a wheel-chair and live alone. I needed help & had questions about shopping, using EBT and delivery. I spoke with Front End Mgr., Ms. Lynette Reeves and she was extremely helpful and patient with me. I want to thank and compliment her. I have used Peapod there for over 6 months and have had great service and results. That is in combination with all my contact and assistance experience with the Plymouth Meeting Giant Food Store employees !!! Thanks...

Meat department is unacceptable. I have been trying to order a Hatfield whole ham for a week.Last week they told me to call back this week because did not have order book set up Now they tell me dont know if they can get it. Said would try to order me one but no guarantee. The associate never took my name or phone number. I will buy my ham elsewhere. Seems no really cares to help.

+ Bigger than Conshy Giant + Customer Service has always honor receipt issues, including coupons on the app. - NEVER more than one cashier (and often times zero) in the evening. - On-sale products run out quickly and are not restocked. Conshy Giant much better about this.

I got a prepared meal from here, the chicken marsala. I didnt expect it to be that good, but it was worse than I expected. Not terrible, but pretty bad. The flavors were too bland, the noodles were slightly mushy feeling. Would not buy a prepared meal from here again.

Horrible customer service experience via telephone. I spoke with Dawn on October 13, 2016 around 12:32pm. Dawn continued to place me on hold for 10 minutes. Whats the purpose of customer service if their not providing a service. Dissatisfied customer!

Very nice, clean well organized store. Some of the staff were over the top pleasant and eager to help....others were competent but less outgoing. Not my regular neighborhood Giant, but I would recommend it to everyone.

Very clean atore, but a bit overpriced. Never have baggers. Bulk food is not well stocked. Need more cashiers for early morning hours. Need more people around to answer questions about items.

I was here for their peapod pickup. I waited for close to half an hour because the person loading the groceries didnt seem to know what she was doing. Id rather go to Wynnewood.

The store is stocked well, but the deli is extremely slow. This is the second Giant in the area where the deli wait has exceeded 15 minutes without a lot of people waiting.
