Id like to compliment Nick from the McKnight Road location. I pulled in and parked me car. I tried to get my broken wiper blade off my car. I couldnt figure it out. I just barely started to walk towards the stores front door, when associate Nick came towards me. Apparently, he had noticed me trying (and I was parked acrossed the way, not easily noticeable). He kindly and non-condescendingly taught me how to remove and replace my wipe blade. He walked me in, showed me my options, rung me up, and came back out and installed my new beautiful wiper blade (as the old one had torn into two pieces). I asked for his name so I could write a review. This level of customer service is just mind blowing! Great job, Nick, and Thank you so very much!

Over the weekend, when my 2015 Subaru Forester was a few hundred miles short of a 3,000 mile oil change, a warning light alerted me the oil level was low. Since the dealership was closed, I headed to AutoZone Sunday morning to get oil to get through the next few days until my oil change appointment. At AutoZone, the clerk asked me what type of oil. As I didnt know, he took my VIN # and easily located the correct type to buy on his computer. Another employee led me to the exact shelf and handed me the product. The whole transaction, including going to my car to get the owners card took about 10 minutes. (Especially important, since I was headed to the airport.) A very positive experience. I highly recommend!

If I could give this zero stars I would. They are very rude and uneducated about cars. I bought a part at the Cranberry location and got told they couldnt do it. It wasnt until after I called the Cranberry manager that they were able to do it. Afterwards I realized I had the wrong part (I need passenger they gave me driver side) so I go back to exchange it for the right side and I get told because I had given them the wrong box that I wouldnt be able to get the right part. I spent an hour an a half at the store to only be told my time was wasted.

I purchase a Oil Filler Cap from Autozone A young man named Ian wrung up my purchase. He than said "Ill go and check your car and help you". He cleaned off the oil from the engine parts as much as possible, checked my oil, told me the amount of oil I needed to replace the oil I had lost. Ian went above and beyond what I felt his job required. My experience is always good when I go there but yesterday was exceptional.

Came in near closing time needing a new headlight bulb plus installation, and it was very dark out. The one guy left running the store, Paul, was super friendly and helpful. He couldve used the darkness and his shift being almost over as a legitimate excuse, but instead rolled up his sleeves and helped me out without complaint. He knocked it out, no problem... really made my night. Thanks again, Paul!

My experience there was amazing! Not only were both associates extremely helpful and patient with me but they stop doing battery installation at 8pm I got there close to 8:30 but still installed it for me in 20 weather!!! Outstanding customer service! As someone who works in customer service i I can really appreciate what they did for us!! Thank you guys again!

Must come to store to order parts not in local stock. Not everyone can make it "before 4pm" to place a parts order. I do not understand why a part cannot be ordered in without my presence, every other parts store has this ability. This is the final reason i will be taking my business elsewhere, you are worse than pep boys.

Their website and in store stock system stated the needed part was available in stock, but it ultimately was not there. Gentleman I spoke to was apologetic and offered to have the part shipped to be in stock the following morning. Did take him up on the offer, but appreciated the attempt.

these guys speed around the neighborhood in their cars on unch breaks and oggle your wife when shes in line buying things. real nice place. the GM wont return your calls.
