Never again! This place is a joke! Purchased a duralast (AutoZone house brand) blower motor resistor and after being installed for one (1) day the actual resistor element fell out of the plastic collar and into the evaporator housing! It would take hours to tear the dash apart to get the part out. Surprisingly the fool of a manager Francisco gave me my money back, but not first without trying to insult me saying that it was installed improperly and that he knows that is the case because "hes been a mechanic for 15 years". Maybe your duralast part is just a piece of crap? Never recommending anybody here ever again. Going now to buy a proper OEM part. AutoZone has lost me as a customer.

Ive always had a great experience at this location. The staff has always been exceedingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I sincerely hope the comment by "holly surratt", who cant even capitalize her own name, is disregarded. Apparently once she enters a store, all other customers, including those being helped via phone, become less important than her. The fact that she had to state that the associate was an "obese African American" speaks a lot of her bias as well. If only there was a way to report reviews.

Called to check availability on a specific part and the guy on phone said they had many in stock. Drove FROM Miami to the store for them to tell me they didnt have any in stock. The MANAGER said he can order them and have them come in for me the next day. Came back the next day for them to tell me it wont arrive for a few days....ya...talk about customer service.... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Incompetent staff who refuses to help. I had to ask three times for them to check the back for the reserved parts of which they had contacted me to let me know they were ready for pick up. Employees also felt it was more important to chat amongst themselves than help the long line of waiting customers. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Went in for a lightbulb for my headlight. Manager (named started with a G?) replaced it for me free of charge despite it being very tricky to reach and also really hot outside. Wouldnt even take a tip. Pleasant, fast, and easy service!

Dont take refunds with receipt, cashier lied i can install the spark plugs and if its not them i can return. When i bring back simply say no returns with receipt! DONT BUY HERE. These people are RUDE

Jacqueline does nothing. The tech guy that changes batteries takes a half an hour to change a battery. Cindy is probably the best worker there but shes all alone, she cant do it all by herself.
