Worse customer service ever. So my car breaks down 4 blocks from this place. We quickly diagnosed the issue and called them. Guy with the dreadlocks comes on the phone and tells me he has the part and to come over. When we got there the dude with the ponytail tells us hey we are closed and everything is shut down. We still had one minute on the clock at 8:59pm. So this individual proceeds to tell me to go to the Pembroke store. Well he knew we were on foot so thanks for nothing a..hole. by the time he finished apologizing it was already 9:01 he could have sold us the part instead my kids were stranded on the side of the road for an hour until the tow truck came. I am going to make it my mission over the next six month to put your name to shame. Count on it!

I bought a car spray at a different location but unfortunately other customers spray them In store to test the color, but Louis the Return police doesnt have enough common sense to understand that so he didnt allow me to return it because he assumed I tried to return a used product with the original receipt. I really dislike advance auto, They are not personable at all. I called the original store and they put me on hold and went to check the others to see if I was lying or not smh I bought the item the day before its not like it was 29 days ago. I will stick with autozone.

Thursday (11-03-11) at 4:00PM, I was needing help reading my cars computer, and the only one who helped me was Jose V. The other guys just want to sell, and if you are not gonna spend more than 100 dollars just forget it!!! At end I bought everything I needed thanks to excelent costumer service from Jose. If you have to go over there and Jose is not in there; dont waste your time and just go another place!!

I will never go to this store again. Been going there 25 years. They sold me a battery that is too weak for my car and wont admit it. BEWARE, Advance Auto Parts will sell what they have not what you need. I looked for the same at Autozone and they are quick to tell you that they do not carry the battery for my car. I have researched this and I know what Im talking about.

Placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up and it was totally a hassle. I had to phone their 800 number to try to straighten it out and the person on the phone had an attitude to top it off. Last time shopping here. I will shop elsewhere with better customer service.

Went for a simple procedure, store was especially unkept on my arrival. The staff was really unhelpful and was disoriented due to being understaffed. It was really difficult to get the right parts due to an inability to communicate in plain english.

Noone offered to help. They didnt even greet me. Rude staff. Walked past me several times. I walked to the desk and no one was there. Oh and no they were not busy. There was a total of 3 customers in the store including myself.
