To begin with I have to say this is the worst experience I ever had in a auto parts store and its also important to mention I was dealing with the store manager when I had this issue I came in and simply asked for some help from one of the sales associates the store manager was so rude and disgusting right off the bat Im not sure if she feels she has to be nasty in order to compare to the men in this industry but definitely nowhere near customer service she was abrupt and very short with me no compassion or caring in her tone or in her response the customer prior to me also experienced her nastiness maybe because it was first thing in the morning but as a manager you would think there is a higher bar to uphold I dont care if All 4 of my tires blow in front of this store I will never step foot in there again and Ill advise anybody I come across never to spend their money here

I called in about my electrical system and engine.I wanted to know if they were busy and they were very kind.Said I should come in whenever I felt like it.No matter how busy they would help.I got here and I was assisted right away.They even offered a chair and something to drink while I waited.Amazing customer service and they gave me an assesment and charged my battery in less than 15 minutes.Very happy customer!!

Hands down worst auto zone I ever went too. Worker have no clue whats going on. Looks like they are walking in circles to get of doing any work. Stood in line for 10 min to pay for something. It took that long for two Workd to help one cutomer. I finally walked out. I just left advanced auto down the street in and out on 5 min. Plenty of Workd at that store. Sorry auto zone you fell short.

Great place , they help you with anything you need, I had a problem with my car catalyst converter , they where able to not only find the warranty, they also replace it with right converter for my car. if this was another part store it would have been a big deal but the people at autozone really gave 110% to get everything my car needed. Thanx Ej

Usually get get service depending on how busy they are. Only reason I didnt rate them a five is that on to separate occasions the store was late opening. The web site and posted door hours say 7:30am and twice theyve opened at least 10min late.

I was just there 5 minutes ago and I stood up in front of the register for about 20 minutes without being helped. I just walked out. Worst service ever. Dont come to this location. They were hiding in the back.
