I went to the store with an urgent need to replace a battery in an 05 Corvette. My battery was completely dead and the car was running on the altimeter. They seemed to have the battery I wanted but were unsure if it would fit in my car. Over the phone, I suggested measuring what they had in stock to see if it would fit, but they declined that, so I had to drive the car to the store. After waiting for a man at the register to finish with a customer I explained what I was doing there and that I had spoken to Matt. He just looked at me and didnt say anything for a while.. Kind of creepy. Anyway, he took the store battery out to my car and looked at my battery, and then at his, and said he thought it would fit. So I asked him how much.. to which he replied, "Oh, these are expensive." But he never gave me a price. Ok. How long to put it in cause my car is sitting there running. Said he didnt know if they could do it. Why not? Because it might be hard. (no its not.) But he would check with Matt. In a couple minutes, and without looking under my hood at what a simple install it was, Matt tells me they wont do the install, and I should keep that in mind. OK, trust me.. I wont forget. And I wont be back. Two stars because at least a minimal effort was made by rolling the battery outside to decide if it would fit. Otherwise it would have been 1 star for wasting my time.

Every time I go there they have a line and too few employees working. I walk around the store and no one offers to help me. When I eventually find what I need, I have to wait forever to pay for it. Often times no one is at the register, theyre in the back pulling parts for someone else. There is no clear place else to wait and pay, so you stand in front of an empty register and hope someone will have the sense to come ring you up.

I needed a headlight and Jimi at this location on the corner of Arioso and Prima Vista was super helpful. He got me taken care of quickly and with excellent knowledge and friendly customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone. If I could give more stars on this rating, Jimi deserves a huge gold one!

The worst customer service every. I have a customer for over 20 years. I went in to get a new battery for my cat. They were one customer in front of me. No problem. I waited for 15 minutes. The two guys at the counter answer the phone and just walked right by me. Im finished with your company.

This is a parts store, not much to say, other than they have helped me numerous times, making easy changes to items on my car, without charge, being handicapped, that counts, big time. Good folks!!
