We had our truck appraised at Carmax. On the way out from Carmax I noticed people with Nico Buys Cars signs standing outside. Keep in mind I had never heard of this company before. 20 minutes later our 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV was sold to Nico Buys Cars. They managed to beat the Carmax offer by $500!!!! Awesome and very knowledgeable staff, they made our experience flawless. I waited 9 days to leave this review just to make sure that our car loan is paid off in time. I give them 5 stars!!!!!! Outstanding customer service! Do not want to name the representative on a public forum but your company is lucky to employ someone so attentive, polite, and prepared. I offered to meet him at a midway point to sign some documents for a car that my son was selling... your representative insisted on driving to my location and assuaged whatever guilt I felt for having him do so. We spent five minutes and our business was complete. First rate, five stars for Nico Buys Cars!
