On May 20 we picked up granddaughter and as we left the parking lot our Ford Escape died. Thank God Richard was driving and we managed to coast to the other side of road. Called road service through Ford company and talked to service representative (in Alabama) who was very friendly and helpful. I was figuring a long wait. Surprise! It took maybe 10 to 15 minutes and help was there! Big thanks to B&W road service!! And a big thanks to Cole&Burd who also provided a zippy little Ford Focus while they fix our Escape!! Thank you so much! Great service!

The people are very friendly but it was a little crazy when we went to pick up our new car it only had a quarter tank of gas the washing job was not very good and they didnt show us anything about the vehicle.
