Please take your business to the Car Store. I was looking for a truck, and I went to every dealership along route 1. Not only did these others dealerships not listen to the criteria I set forth they continued to try and pressure me into buying a truck that I didnt want. I was recommended to go to The Car Store, and was blown away by their customer service. No pressure what so ever. They tried so hard to meet my exact needs. When I saw the truck I liked, I wanted time to think. They said you take all the time you need. Well be here. There was no continued up selling. What I mean by up selling is when the salesmen continues to spit out factoids and jargon, almost as if time is running out. The prices are by and far the lowest around. I couldnt be happier with the price I paid. I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the engine, and that it runs beautifully. Well, I took the truck to the mechanic today, and the only issues are a bracket for the exaughst and a tubing in the engine. Were talking less than $50 in parts and maybe 30 min of work. The mechanic plainly said this trucks engine is clean, and there is absolutely nothing wrong anywhere on the truck! You will get honesty and competitive prices at The Car Store. Hands down they are above their compitition. Lastly, my car that I drove to the dealership had a flat tire. The Car Store fixed for free, and did it immediately. Truly premium service.

(PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY) I had interest in a 2003 VW Passat/stock # P5732, VIN # WVWND63B03E166827. This vehicle is green with black interior and is currently on sale for $2997.00. Buyer be ware! The vehicle needs an emission inspection. When I asked Bobby, the salesman if he will have the emissions enspection done he declined. As an interested buyer, during the test drive I stopped at a service station one block away and had an ASE certified mechanic connect the car to a computer. These are the findings by the mechanic: 1. The engine light was reset and the vehicle has to be drivin 50-100 miles to cycle back. This could have been done by disconnecting the battery. The engine light will go back on as the problem was never addressed. 2. The turbo charger indicates a fault on the computer, as a result WHEN THE ENGINE LIGHT RECYCLES IT WILL GO BACK ON. The mechanic advised that a turbo can cost 2000 - $2500. and the car will loose all power. In short this vehicle WILL NOT PASS the required emissions test (period). In my opinion Bobby the salesman clearly knew the problem and intentionally did not disclose the information.

Bought my car through PenFeds Auto Buying Service. I had originally selected a 2013 Honda Civic, but when I got to the lot on 2/25 I found out that the car had already been sold. Bobby worked with me to go through the *current* inventory and we soon located a 2016 (three model years newer) Hyundai Accent, pulled up the Carfax report and reviewed it (no derogatory information), carried out a thorough inspection and I test-drove the vehicle and decided it was the one I wanted. We had to get the loan updated since the VIN on the paperwork reflected the vehicle I had originally been interested in, so we called PenFed and got that done quickly and filled out the documentation to reserve the Accent. I returned the following Friday, 3/3, with the loan checks to pick up the car, and then again yesterday to pick up the permanent plates and my apartment parking sticker (which the staff had recovered from my old car). Very pleasant and reasonably stress-free experience overall from all parties concerned, especially from Bobby who couldnt have been any more pleasant or helpful.

Bought a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban from this car lot. Doing research found out the vehicle was sold at auction and bought by them with FRAME DAMAGE. This was NOT DISCLOSED at the time of sale. Went to trade in my vehicle and found out. By the consumer protective law a written statement should have been given to me and signed at the time of sale. It was NOT. I called the dealership to give them a chance to purchase the vehicle back for trade in value. They responded by saying we could go to court. I agree. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend this car lot to anyone. **BEWARE**

The car place is horrible. They sold me a SUV that had no emergency brakes! I dont know how it is possible that the vehicle passed inspection with no emergency brakes. They said that I would have to pay to get it fixed. The truck had something wrong with the motor. Water was leaking into the oil. They offered no help. Told me they would call the cops on me and have me arrested if I didnt get off the property. I URGE YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

I purchased a 2007 GMC canyon pick up with a check engine light (red flag). Was told it just needs driven and it would be fine. It was after spending $2700 to have timing chain replaced. I believe they knew and were not honest so I would never go back.
