They came as an A+ rating through True car and other USAA references. They have clearly given a false idea about what A+ actually means. If you ever wonder what a lemon feels like then buy a car from here. We thought we were dealing with reputable people but have since learned that they are the car dealers you see on ads that you laugh at. Our car was something we already had as a family car, we were looking for another one when the other one died. Here is what took place. We drove the car and noticed there was a problem with the brakes and one of the wheels. They fixed only the front brakes and replaced the wheel with an old tire that if we kept it would have been a huge problem. During the purchase process we were told that we would be given a three month warranty for free because it was the end of the year. What they didnt give us was all the details of the warranty but a photo copied version of the least covered components, we could have had a more coverage if we paid for it. They tell us if anything is wrong during inspection they will cover half the costs. What we learn is there is no way the problems that exist would have passed inspection, any mechanic would know this. We call the warranty company and guess what the component that needs fixing wasnt covered after 2015. The date we bought the car. In addition they didnt even offer this coverage. We tell them this and we require the work to be done by our mechanic. They say no, we are to bring the car to their mechanic with the billing from the inspection station that they consider reputable to pay half the price. This sounds reasonable until you realize that they and their mechanic already knew what the problems were and wanted you (customer) to pay THEIR mechanic half on the work that they should have done before selling it in the first place. Certified Car Center purchases a car that needs work, has their mechanic look it over and tell them what needs to be done. They decide on what they will fix but instead tells their mechanic they will get the new owners to pay half of the work that they already know is needed. The new car owners think they are getting an amazing deal with paying "only" half. We called them on this and went to our long time mechanic. We had two reviews of the problem and both the inspection station and our mechanic came up with the exact same problem. Coincidence? We told them the part that was needed was manufacturer dealer only and that we knew there were sub-par replacements but that based on the sub-par work of their mechanic we didnt trust them. We only wanted to have them pay our mechanic the half price they promised. They didnt agree but that wasnt all. They didnt process our tags for more than 30 days after our call which they indicated that we couldnt pass inspection within 2 weeks so they couldnt complete this process. This message was left the exact same day that we protested about having their mechanic do the work. (Coincidence?) We spent well over bluebook value due to repairs they already knew that existed. This is what a lemon feels like. Dont buy a car from here. They are basically scamming every customer with the least common denominator.

My brother is the one who put me on to this place. He purchased a car about a week before he told me about them. And I wasnt really looking for anything at the time, as I was happy with my car. I even put a new engine in it just the year before. Needless to say, I was not in a rush to change out cars. He worked with Nabi and I worked with Niko. Both guys were super easy, not pushy about the sale, etc. We also met the owner, Amin (sp?), he was great. Lastly, we had to work with Dwight, the Finance Manager, and he too just seemed like family. Here is my overall take on the place... PROS: - If youre cool, theyll be cool. Dont come in with an attitude or chip on your shoulder and youll be treated like family. - They will work with you to get the best deal, along with the best APR. - No one is going to push you into a sale...if you want it, get it...if not, its okay. - They seem to get cars pretty frequently. So, if you dont see it today, you might see it the following week. - They made test-driving the cars super simple, with no fuss at all about how many times you want to try it. - They didnt give me a hassle about how much I felt comfortable putting down as a deposit. CONS: - Their selection was not the biggest. Lastly, just remember, this is a lot of USED CARS--the cars are not perfect. If you think youre driving off the lot with perfection, youre sorely mistaken. Its the duty of the purchaser to ask the right questions, do the research, come prepared. Its your responsibility to look over the vehicle, test it out, check what you can. There are things about each of the cars that the salesman will not be made aware of. They cant warn you about everything, its just how it works. Overall, Id recommend them...and definitely use them again in the future. I hope this helps!!

It took me dern near 2.5 hours to get their and nabi kept calling me to make sure I was still coming as if he couldnt wait to get rid of my 07 saturn aura. The next day the check engine came on and I told nabi about it then I replaced the gas pedal now the tc light keeps coming on and the message decrease in engine power keeps coming on causing the car to slow down and sometimes even cut off. I told him of the problems and the wack little warranty company of course nothing was covered I been having trouble with this car every since. A bunch of rip offs. I havent even had this car a month and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The car looked good on the interior but I believe they knew it was something wrong with the sensors it was priced to low and he was eager to get rid of it I will be checking on the lemon law for va because this is rediculous talking bout it will last for 5 years well why am I having problems within a month. And he picked a free warranty didnt even give me an option picked one for me that didnt cover anything. More money I have to waste this is dangerous with the car suddenly slowing down I have kids and Im not to thrilled right now with certified car center in Fairfax va.
