This ralphs employee constantly talk rudely about my wife and myself when I order for her. He throws garbage around the Starbucks hut and grunts and sighs while naking the drinks. He even followed my wife to her car once after she ordered. His presence is making the store unwelcoming. This employee needs to go to classes and meeting to learn how to treat costumers. I work in a business with costumer service and if an employee employee of ours did just 1/10th of the stuff this one does he would have been written up the first time, made to go to a meeting and see a customer service video and the 3rd time he would have been fired for making the store look bad. Get on the ball and take care of your employee. Show that the managerial staff are able to do the job.

This is the only Ralphs location that I would rate this low. Even as close as the Marina location would get twice as many stars. Sometimes I could swear they wait for all the shelves to be empty before restocking anything. The produce is often already bad and not worth purchasing. Frequently I will buy produce only to discover it has gone bad within 24-48 hours becoming a complete waste of money as it to be thrown out. Management needs to be easily they could make it better, however the recent makeover does nothing to make the store a better place to buy groceries. In fact, the likely expensive cosmetic overhaul is not even noticeable and was a waste of time and money for the company.

this store is good but hey should get rid of that scam artist bank us bank there partners with that stops me from shopping at ralhps the facts that ur involved with us bank especially the kids working the branch in this store wat a bunch of idiots WAT WERE GUYS THINKING HAVING SUCH YOUND PEOPLE RUNNING A BANK I LL NEVER GO HEAR THIS PLACE WHILE US BANK IS HERE THE WORST MOST CHEAPEST BANK IN TOWN THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST BUILDING IN THE LA SKYLINE BUT THEY ONLY HAVE 1 ATM AT EACH LOCATION FOR THEIER CUSTOMERS CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP THE CHEAPEST WELLS FARGO CHASE ETC HAS 4 TO 6 ATMS AT EACH LOCATION THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE OTHERS BANKS ARE WAY BETTER AND MORE HONEST

This place isnt bad. From what Ive seen, the prices are good/fair. But I will never buy from here again. All because of one employee. This employee has really put a damper on my day several times. Once is too many! I forget his name, but he has slicked back dark hair, pale skin, and is a miserable person. I saw him refuse to sell beer to a homeless man because he was "drunk". I saw him yell at a lady because she didnt want her recipt.

This Ralphs is great! I always do my grocery shopping here and never have any trouble. I also had a strange late request to blow up like 40 balloons and they took care of me at basically 11:30 at night! What a blessing! My niece had the best birthday morning because of it she woke up to her entire room full of shimmering balloons! I couldnt have done it without my local Venice Ralphs! Thank you! ~Aubrie

Get some decent bike racks Ralphs. I shop here every day and its a mess. The ancient racks they have now block the sidewalk so much that a wheelchair cant even pass. Plus the racks are so poorly thought out that bikes become easy targets for thieves (you cant lock your frame with a u-lock just your front or rear wheel) All that renovating and still no bike racks. Come on guys.

Shout out to the most sincere, down-to-earth store managers ANGEL VALEJO & GLORIA along with their super friendly crew: Felipa, Norisha, Luis, Gigi, Daisy, Frank, but ofcourse JAY B whos passionate about his job. Not my favorite Ralphs, this one has a lot of homeless Venice residents hanging around. Ive been panhandled twice while inside the store shopping. Ive seen a man with a parrot on his shoulder and a guy with a pitbull - not allowed in grocery stores due to health code, but what do the employees care?

Good store with a lot of products. Be sure to get their card respectively aks the clerk to scan his one for a discount on nearly every product. However, many homeless people used to live behind the supermarket (summer 16) so after sunset the parking lot is not the safest place to be.

Super friendly staff and a really improved space since the renovation. Decent to park and reasonable prices unlike some of the other nearby Venice and Santa Monica options. Could have more to-go meal options/hot bar etc which is a bit limited.

One of their smaller and older locations and it shows. Variety is not as wide as in most other Ralphs - produce or bread, even seafood or meat. I only come here for the basics, the shoppong with the longer list ... I do elsewhere :-)

Very clean and well run grocery store, solid selection of fresh produce, and an occasional run-in with a local insane person. I recently watched a woman arguing with two carts about strength of character. That was fun/sad.

Ralphs Venice :: Jorge G. in the produce dept. and Jose cashier, are so very helpful, always smiling and right on point!!! I no longer shop at Vons. These guys at Ralphs Venice Lincoln Blvd are the best!

Convenient local grocery store, Is my local store so I go there a lot. Ive lost count of how many times Ive seen the manager stocking shelves and working the checkout!! Great attitude by all the staff.

Security kinda rude on parking. We pulled up and hadnt even got out of car yet and he was telling us if we werent customers and kept asking if we were customers, not after being treated like that

Shopping here regularly love the 10 for 10$ throughout the store and like the choices of fresh fish and like that they have Spumoni ice cream during the holidays and sometimes in summer.

I love the new remodel. Theyre obviously trying to gain back customers lost to Whole Foods. Good selection of produce and organics. I wish they had a better bulk foods section though!

Spent over $50 at this location. Got hassled by the security guard for parking too long in the lot (just a bit over an hour.) Thats a great way to treat your customers.
