At the end of November 2017, I had decided to propose to my fiance but I didnt know where to start when it came to engagement ring shopping. I had heard about the "big" jewelers such as Jared, Kay, etc., but to be blunt, I wasnt very impressed and excited about what I heard. A couple friends of mine had recently went engagement ring shopping and had worked with Brad Faigle of Faigle & Son Jewelers. They were both completely ecstatic over the experience they had had working with Brad and their fiances were also very impressed. I was given Brads contact information and I met with him at the store. I walked in, got instant recognition, was welcomed and introduced to Brad. From the beginning, I could tell that Brads experience and professionalism would continue to impress me throughout the process. My fiance wanted a custom engagement ring (white gold band, sapphire stone, accompanying diamonds). Brad listened to me, asked my budget, explained to me my options and then told me that he would be in touch with me ASAP. Within a few days, Brad began reaching out to me with information regarding the research he had done. He asked me to come back in and take a look at the sapphire stone he picked out. He nailed it on the first follow-up meeting! A couple of weeks later we had ironed out the rest of the details and my fiances engagement ring was all set. Needless to say, she was very impressed and blown away with the beauty of the ring. Also, I have to say that Brad was able to not only adhere to my budget limit but he managed to beat it, too! Fast forward a few months and my fiance and I just bought our wedding bands from Brad, as well. We told Brad once what we needed and then we came in, tried them on and they fit perfectly. Another point to make is that Brad had already begun planning for my fiances wedding band when I got the engagement ring so that everything would match up without a hitch. I would definitely do business with Brad and Faigle & Son Jewelers! They definitely have my business for life.

My father purchased all of my mothers jewelry from the Glenway Ave location so when it came time for me to purchase an engagement ring several years back I started my relationship with Faigles. I went back several times after because of their personal one on one service. Recently I visited Dave Faigles and Son for the first time since they split into two separate stores. Very clean presentation to the new store, modern appeal, same customer service many people on the West Side have come to appreciate. I entered and was met by Brad Faigle. I brought him a ring my mother left me after her passing and explained I wanted a pendant made from the diamonds into something new for my wife as a "just because" gift. While speaking with him I mentioned I wanted to do something for myself. I mentioned I have longed for a particular brand of luxury watch and wanted to see if I could trade in the gold I didnt need and remaining diamonds not used in the pendant. Brad went above and beyond searching and finding the brand Id wanted for over 20 years. He worked out a deal with me on the trade of my goods to the purchase of the watch.
