2 weeks (7/15/15) after I got married I took my rings to kays to have my rings repaired, sized and soldered. I was told that it would take 6 weeks (9/1/15) to get everything done (I was told by a manager). Clearly on the date (9/1/15) I was excited to get my rings back until I was informed that it would take 12 weeks and I was previously misinformed. They tried to help me in ways that didnt include replacing my rings. Ultimately, I received a new engagement ring on 9/14/15 (thanks to NUMEROUS calls to the customer service department) BUT Im still waiting on my wedding band!!!!!!!!! I went silent for 1 month. I called to check on my band on 10/13/15 and I was informed by JAMES ext 1254 that he is unsure of what that exact status is regarding my ring but guaranteed me he will contact me within 2 days to update me (which is 10/15/15). James did not return my call until 10/20/15 a week later only to tell me that he has to wait on repairs from other people before I can get my ring back. I called James back today 10/23/15 to see if he had an update and not only did he NOT have an update other than they would sent it back once the other customers merchandise is ready (date unknown), he informed he that "we can go around and around but this is all the information that is currently available." This clearly upset me more than I already had been. Please understand that I still have not heard from the actual Camp Creek location since I got my engagement ring 9/14/15. This is the small version of this story!!! I do not recommend this location or company of a WHOLE!! They are horrible at communicating!! They are not to be trusted with a piece of paper nonetheless priceless merchandise ie wedding rings. I hope this helps someone out!!!

Very, very disappointing customer service. I went to get two mothers days gifts (the $19.99 necklace and earrings they had on special) and I sat in line waiting to get someone to help me for over 20 minutes. Not one associate acknowledged me or the other couple that was waiting behind me that they would be "right with us" (not one of them said (with a smile), "we will be right with you all!" So, I basically felt like I was invisible or something. So rude and such poor customer service was displayed. The associates were just acting like they were in their own little worlds and that the only person that they had to even acknowledge was the person that they were currently working with! One associate offered to help me about 15 minutes before I stood in line, but she asked me about the coupon for the special. So I went to go get my coupon out the car. When I came back from my car with the coupon, she was headed on her way out of the store talking on her phone. She didnt come back until at least 10 minutes later - with a bag of food. She disappeared to the back of the store, and I didnt see her again. I mean, really, why offer to help me when you leave the store as soon as I leave, so that you can go get something to eat! I will NEVER PATRON THIS KAY JEWELERS AGAIN! And when they call me about their next "special", I will tell them to TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR CALL LIST because I will not deal with their rude, unprofessional behavior again!

Their customer service is horrible as well as they dont seem concerned about the products they sell (wedding bands), store managers statement was "what is it that u want me to do" very rudely and nasty. I chose not to say much to her and let my husband speak, hes the calm one. She looked me in the eye and asked me the same question again rudely. I still chose to remain peaceful and not say anything. She gave my husband the ring back and stated "Im not helping,her anymore". Jesus take the wheel. I called. Customer service and they called the store trying to figure out the issue as well. Long story short she originally did not want to do anything to repair my ring that has a lifetime warranty on it, yet still ended up having to send it off and get it repaired. She came off as if she did not know how/want to do her job so I went a step above and had to call corporate. Thanks for the horrible customer service that still worked in my favor.

I bought a bridal set for my lady online and the posted dat for it to be received was 04/1. I am a truck driver so it is sort of hard for me to schedule my days off. I go up to this location on the 26 and the lady said it hasnt came yet. Cool. I called today to see if it was delivered, and a lady answered the phone and said that there was no way shecould check with online orders and that they email you when it is delivered. Cool so i checked my email and my product was delivered on the 03/23. A whole 2 days early from when I went up there. I call the store to see what was going on. A different lady told me they had it. Now I have to wait 3 and a half weeks to pick up. Smdh

This place has been a nightmare, complete run around Ive called dozens of times to see if my ring is ready and they dont answer the phone once to save you the trip of coming and wasting your time my finance comes to pick up the ring he BOUGHT and is on FILE and they refuse to give it to him now I have to go back after already wasting the last trip there to get a ring Ive been trying to get for days meanwhile Im 8 months pregnant and am not supposed to leave the house I will never go to this particular Kays again!

Worse Kays ever I got hired and NEVER received my schedule nor do they know how to answer the phone. When I finally got to speak with with the manager sire she put me on hold and NEVER came back. Worse customer service ever !!

I attempted to call store before going and once I arrived I was told that all of the associates were with customers so they couldnt answer. That was extremely unprofessional. Horrible
