Normally I would give this store,a 5 star rating, however, I was recently in the store and felt much different. The sales lady, middle aged, was rude and a man in there was loud and obnoxious. I found out he is the district. Manager. He was so loud I couldnt think. I have shopped here for years and never felt I was a bother. Believe me the store may have only had one other customer. The young people who have always helped me have been very helpful and made great suggestions. I certainly missed them. I try to support local businesses but probably be doing my Pandora shopping at Kenwood. It didnt seem like they wanted my business.

So this is a mixed review - I have had very different experiences depending on who was helping me. The general staff there is very hit or miss - I have walked away quickly from a high pressure sale. However, I have also had great experiences there with the management staff. I have bought my wifes custom engagement ring, wedding ring, gifts for my wife and mother - lets just say every other year they like me showing up. I recommend asking for Janet - she has never steered me wrong.
