Worst dealership! I have a 2012 sc 60 with 75 k miles on it. This crap dealership did all the maintenance on it from day one. At 65k, just out of warranty I noticed the engine was 3 quarts low of oil I called "Wayne" he told me to bring the car down and they would check it out. I was then told that I over filled the engine by exactly 3 qts and theres nothing wrong with the car. 2 months later the car was again 2 qts low I brought it to dealer where they agreed with me this time. They topped off the fluids and said they would call Volvo. I waited a week for there response which never came. i finally got in touch with Wayne almost a month after the fact. He then told me that Volvo offered to give piston and rings but Im liable for the labor which cost $2100. The owners dont return calls no one gives a crap at that place once you they have youre money!!! I realize the car is out of warranty but they serviced the car never once checking oil before changing it, at this point not sure if they serviced the car at all! Volvo obviously knows there a problem if they offered to give pistons and rings without any one looking at car. Dont do business with these people there horrible all they want is youre money! Hope they all find themselves on the unemployment line!

Iam a first time Volvo leaser, I never leased or owned a Volvo before. I love the car the sales department and service department have been great up until this point. I received my car with exterior damage that it did not have before, after they had it for weeks due to electrical repair. When brought to Wayne (the service managers) attention he tried to say some damage was due to rocks. (while in their shop?) Or other reasons that had nothing to do with the exterior of my car. All he had to do was seem empathetic and even look like he will try to fix the problem, but his reasoning was like dealing with a five year old. So, I do not recommend this dealership due to my experience when a service problem arises. Go to another dealership.

Ask to speak with Frank Viscuso. I have purchased over 15 cars, and this was one of the best experiences yet. I conduct tons of research, and have NO problem walking off a lot. Frank let me "come and go" three times before making my decision, without once applying pressure or "tactics". He was informative and polite throughout. Another dealership told me the great price Frank was giving me "must be a hustle" (in other words, that he was going to "get me" on the back end of the deal) ...but when I returned for the third time, Frank knocked off ANOTHER 10 bucks/month and got me out the door! Seems the other dealership were the ones hustling :-)

Terrible experience leasing a car. After the salesman, Frank Miletti got his deposit check he was very argumentative, irresponsible and basically refused to do anything to get the car ready for delivery. I became furious at Franks completely unprofessional attitude behavior. I called the general manager Jay G.Twice to complain . Jay never returned my phone calls. Stay clear of this dealer if you want to lease a volvo. By the way both Cathy and Wayne in the service department were very helpful and professional when I spoke to them to resolve paperwork issues that the salesman Frank would not take responsibility for resolving.

The salesman I spoke to whom I wanted a test drive from was uncourteous. If management is hiring people like this, I would be afraid to purchase a car from them. Not only was he the only person who insisted on driving up front with me by pushing himself ahead of my wife while walking to the car, he did not even attempt to open the door for her. This left me with a bad taste, no matter my feelings on the car itself.

We did make the decision to purchase the car on our first and only visit to any Volvo dealer due to our comfort in working with him. Our car is a dream. We are very happy to be new Volvo owners. Whatch out for rapairs that are covered under warranty. Honesty is not one of their strong assets. Wonder why the wait time was never an issue, not that many customers visit the shop. Now I understand why.

Be aware of their business hours: they may OR may NOT open on Sunday, not as stated on their website, which is 11-4pm. You have to call the on Saturday. I wasted my time.
