My vehicle is still under the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. I went to Ramp for what was hopefully warranty service. My vehicle has a very commonly known problem that comes with TSBs and even an investigation from the NHTSA. I left my vehicle with Ramp for a few days to be told that they couldnt find my problem. Thats perfectly fine, and I completely understand that they need to replicate the issue. However, I was then given a bill for a little over $120. The service advisor said that since they couldnt find my problem, Id have to pay the diagnostic fee. While some people would agree with the advisor, what he said after that is what made him 100% wrong. When the advisor was asked why they would charge $120 for just a road test that takes not even 5 minutes, I was told that more than a road test occurred. Please note my vehicle has a MANUAL transmission. The tech apparently ran a "diagnostic scan" on my vehicle and also checked my fluid. First of all, there is nothing you can "scan" for in a manual transmission. Secondly, if low transmission fluid was the source of the problem, I wouldnt be at the dealer in the first place. There is a current TSB that states to change the transmission fluid to a higher viscosity to help the problem. It is listed as 0.5 hours. That is HALF of what I was charged (1 hour), and work would actually have been done to the vehicle. Instead, I was charged a full hours worth of diagnostic work for a simple road test. I previously went to another Ford dealership for the same problem. They also road tested my vehicle, but did not charge me a dime. I also recently spoke with another dealership and they did not agree with Ramps customer service. I was also told that the minor modifications (that the previous owner who is a Ford tech installed) would void my entire warranty anyways. My vehicle has a cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust, and has lowering springs/larger rims installed. The issue here is simply a greedy dealership whos trying to get money out of people who dont know better.

I just returned my 2012 Edge and got absolutly destroyed on my end of lease "wear and tear" charges. $1400 dollars they are charging me for 2 minor scratches on 2 different panels and 1 rim that has scratches on the chrome. Absolute nonsense. I knew this was going to happen. I had went to my saleman 6 months prior to returning my lease and he said "no worries", "they are great with lease returns", "youll be fine" (Rob Smith). And sure enough $1400 they are charging me after 39 lease payments. I gave them a fortune in lease payments and returned the car in great shape. I was in their administrative office explaining my situation and that I was a unsatified customer. They did NOTHING and got nasty with me. Steve rampone standing right there and he did NOTHING, not one word. I said Im a unhappy customer, my customer satisfaction is very low. They did nothing. Sorry sir heres your bill for $1400 dollars. After all Ive given to them, they couldnt do anything for me. Plus their service stinks and those guys never give you an explination for anything. They told me they redirected a hose for me and it cost $275. The people there are scam artists. They lie and take your money without any justification. They have no customer loyalty. They dont take care of their unhappy customers. I am never going back to ramp for EVER. Horrible business practice. I highly recommend NOT GOING TO RAMP FORD!!!!

Brought in my 2013 edge for a bad wheel bearing. The girl making the appointment over the phone was pleasant enough, but told me nothing about what I needed to bring in. As soon as I show up, the guy at the service desk starts off with "I need your insurance or registration or I cant do anything for you." Their computers were down and when I told them I had the enterprise rental guy outside (forget a courtesy car here) he said "I can only do what I can do. " Two days later, I call them to ask what the status of the car is. Everyone seemed confused as to who I was, until the same guy who checked me in answered abruptly by saying "its done". I told him nobody ever called and he very rudely stated " I called ". I use my phone for a living. Nobody called, nobody left a voicemail, I checked 3 times after I hung up. I went to get the car and the guy motions to the payment desk without looking up. These guys act like they are doing you a favor. Remember when customer service was provided in return for your hard earned money? Ramp Ford. The company I work for buys over 100 ford vehicles per YEAR for their fleet. I will never recommend Ramp for service and if this is how Ford treats their customers it may be time to look at another manufacturer in June when its time for a new car.

Amazing car buying experience. I went in at 1:30pm and drove it home at 4:45pm the same day. one picture is the truck at the dealeraship second picture is same night at home after I removed the raptor decal on the truck bed. Armand is who Idealt with and he was amaziong. Fast and honest people here. I went around to many other dealers who said they had it in stock but when I arrived they did not actually have it and wanted me to put a deposit to order one. I understand the raptor is a difficult truck to acquire however it was a waste of time for me to go there all on false advertising. Ramp Ford said they had it and I gave it a shot and headed on over. Armand greated me and was beyond honest and helpful and got the deal done in under 4 hours. I will always be back at this place for future purposes and I live over an hour away

Charles was amazing! My wife and I were expecting our first child and literally the day of the sonogram we left the doctors office and went straight to Ford. I made it simple, I walk in a say "Put her in that!" Referring to the fully loaded Ford Escape sitting on the showroom floor. Charles laughed and said "ooook lets see what we can do". Just over an hour later, the truck we were admiring was getting ready to come off the floor and into prep! He was very easy with the process, we told him what we could afford to put down and our max limit a month and he was bellow both!! VERY satisfied with him and the crew!

Got a lease for a 2016 Ford Escape here. Customer service was prompt, polite, and forward with answering any questions I had about their policies. 10k miles into my lease, and so far everything has been good with the routine visits to the Service Department too. I see a lot of really negative reviews here over things that seem to be exaggerated anecdotes. Think twice before you take the word of strangers over the internet.

I can honestly say my experience buying my pre owned Toyota Tacoma at Ramp Ford was very positive . The Salesman Dan Iovino was pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales here. I went back several times and test drove the Tacoma. Dan was very accommodating and made the entire process of buying another truck a good experience. My Tacoma was ready when he promised. I highly recommend Dan Iovino and Ramp Ford.
