I found Dealertown through cargurus when I was immediately intrigued by a Honda Civic coupe & Nissan Maxima both for an amazing price. When I scoped out the inventory on the website I was amazed at all the cars they offered at much lower prices than any dealer Ive been to. The best part is the cars have relatively low mileage. It seemed almost too good to be true! Well I went there about a week ago and decided the maxima wasnt for me and they had already sold the civic (cars seem to sell quick!) BUT I fell in love with a 2013 Acura Ilx. I just took her home yesterday and I love her so much! Ask for Sergio hes really kind and honest (not a word you hear too often in the car sales industry). When it came down to it, Sergio did everything he said he would and Im completely satisfied with my experience. I recommend you go there if youre looking for a good deal on a car.

We were working with the owner to purchase a vehicle when his partner sold it to someone else. My husband callef the night before and left a message stating we were coming the following day to get the vehicle. Called the next morning to verify they received the voicemail and to inform them we were on our way in. Drove to the location and spoke to the owner about registering the vehicle and told him we would need the title today as we need to ship it to overseas (my husband and I are assigned in Italy). While sitting outside the office talking to our insurance company the owner knocked on our window and said the vehicle was sold. He pretended as of if he didnt know what was transpering a few feet away from him. He could have not wasted our time by telling us to go elsewhere with our business. Bad business.

OUTSTANDING Sergio and Damien were wonderful to work with! They provide excellent customer service and could not have made the transaction to purchase my SUV any easier. This dealership sucks . Ive had such a bad experience with them. From the buying process to the service . I went to them to buy my very first car as a young female and I feel like they seen that and took advantage. Less than 2 weeks of driving it off the lot I had to bring it back because every time I touched the breaks the steering wheel would shake uncontrollably then fixed it and told me that my car was missing apart . A month later my power steering was broke my warrenty was up and I found myself paying $1000 out of pocket . Here it is 7 months later and my transmission is gone and my radiator is gone . Im stuck with a car payment and no car . NEVER AGAIN

When I first heard about Dealertown I didnt know what to expect as Ive been to many small dealerships and wasnt to pleased. Getting to know the staff at Dealertown has been great Damien and Sergio ate awsome there cery very helpful they will lead you in the right direction of what suits there customer best I have been purchasing cars with them for a little bit now and im very please your able to call or email either one of them and they will get back to you or even just stop by they will make time to speak with you. I purchased a used 2013 Honda Accord on, Oct 2016......the person whom worked with me was Sergio and his partner Damien they were awesome they worked extra hard for me to walk out with being happy in a vehicle. They assured me the vehicle we agreed on was in great shape affordable and no hidden fees. After choosing my vehicle I went back to The dealership the following day to pick up my car, Damien processed all my paperwork (as I was there for about 30 minutes) and then drove off a happy customer. We looked at Dealertown because their prices are excellent- they are obviously out to help people, not just look at the bottom line. When the cars we had been looking for sold (cars seem to sell pretty quickly there, which is a good sign), they went out of their way to let us know when they had a similar vehicle in stock. When they were working on it and found a little rust, they informed us so we could change our minds if we wanted. They were up front and honest throughout the transaction. This was my older sons first car and we will DEFINITELY be going back when the younger needs one too.

I went over here to purchase a car. I put down a $40 dollar deposit for a Toyota Venza, and said I would return to finish with the paper work. When I went home I was no longer interested in the car. I called them and told them I was no longer interested. They said no problem, and they were very nice. I was not expecting a refund of $40, but they sent me a check and their card, meaning im always welcome if I wanted to come back. If im ever interested in buying another vehicle I will surely go to them. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car, they are very nice people!

I just bought a 2013 Honda Accord from Dealertown Auto Wholesalers. I must say it was a great experience. I dealt with Damien and he was wonderful. I didnt feel pressured into any vehicle they let me take my time, test drive both vehicle I had interest in, and gave me time to decide on which one I liked most. I was shopping around for a used car for a little over a month I had such horrible experiences and I was so relieved when dealing with this used car dealership.
