The Finance Mgr. @ Wepawaug-Flagg CU in Hamden, was the first one to mention to me to give Enterprise a call. Recently, I had a very upsetting car accident in which someone crashed into me and as a result my newly paid off car was completely totaled! Needless to say, I was VERY upset & had not a clue what to do! I couldnt afford another new car, that was for sure, so I took Myrons suggestion & called Enterprise. From the first call I was introduced to the lovely Cheyenne! She actually took the time to really listen to me! Thats a VERY RARE commodity these days in the customer service world! Not only was she gracious and knowledgeable, but was also very sympathetic and understanding! She asked to meet my husband and I the next day so she could show us some vehicles. She was confident we could work something out and find something wonderful! At this point, I was still unsure of what (if anything) I could even afford. But I admired Cheyennes optimism at least so we set up a meeting! Walking onto the lot the next day, I got that "usual awful queasy sick feeling" I always get whenever I venture into having to select a vehicle (Can I just say here how much I actually despise (with a passion!) the whole process of car buying in itself!) Well, I neednt have worried at all! In over 30 years of car buying, let me tell anyone that cares to listen the process at Enterprise TRULY could not have gone any smoother! Within a minute or two, a gentleman came out and when we told him we were waiting to meet with Cheyenne, he immediately told us he would get her right away for us. That young man turned out to be Jesse Jablon! Cheyenne indeed came out and greeted us and then told us that she would be turning us over to Jesse and we were in more than capable hands! Boy was she RIGHT!! Jesse is NOT your typical salesman by any means. He made us laugh, told us stories, got us to tell him what we wanted in a car, listened to our upsetting news, was sympathetic and then said "Sit tight, Ill be right back"....less than five minutes later, he was back with keys in his hand and said "Okay that was easy, I have the perfect car, youre going to LOVE it!" Well, naturally I had my doubts. And I couldnt have been more wrong and Jesse was ABSOLUTELY right! I walked outside and nearly fell down! There in front of me, was my dream car! As I had previously told Jesse, my first car that I owned at 18 was my fathers Buick Skylark that he handed down to me and it had been his pride and joy. He always told me what a "classy line" the Buick line was and I had told Jesse (with tears in my eyes) that I would dearly love to have another Buick somehow someday! Never in a million years did I dream it would be that same day! What an amazing guy! Not only was it a Buick not only was it beautiful but it also had my options in it including my HEATED SEATS (HOORAY!), and so many other extras! I loved that car already so much that I gulped when we went back inside after the test drive and I very hesitantly asked what the total price was and to my amazement it was several thousand BELOW the amount that the credit union told me I should have not a problem getting! No haggle pricing indeed! I could not have been more amazed! In conclusion, less than 48 hours later, Jesse was taking our picture in front of the car and handing us the keys to our new 2015 Buick Verano and 3 days before my 56th birthday (AND Over 30 years since my first Buick) I FINALLY had my dream car again, another Buick! Im sure my father IS smiling down from heaven! Never in my life have I had a more pleasurable car buying experience and you can bet that you have NOT seen the last of us! My husband and I are certified Enterprise customers now for LIFE! Well be seeing you again when we need our next vehicle (Dont worry Jesse, Im already working on our next "dream wish list" - LOL) Take care and thanks again from VERY happy customers! 5 out of 5 stars! Id already spent a good amount of time with two previous dealerships and came away feeling the cars Id been seeing were too expensive for too little value. Also I couldnt feel confident about a purchase driving only a few miles in a vehicle with a chatty salesperson sitting next to me. So when I had to pick up a group of friends from the airport I, not trusting my old minivan to be up to the task, decided to rent a van with an eye towards studying the model. I went to Enterprise in Monroe and received a Chrysler Town & Country minivan and thoroughly enjoyed the smooth ride, the technology (Bluetooth, etc.) and the ease with which my six adult passengers fit into the vehicle. When I returned the van and told the rental agent how pleased I was with the vehicle he told me I could buy one from Enterprise, that they had plenty of them. When I checked the website I was shocked by how there were so many late model, low mileage vans Enterprise had available and how affordable they were. I could essentially pick the one I wanted and go get it. And thats what I did. Jesse made an appointment for me when I called. I met with Max in the morning. He was so gracious and easy to communicate with--he really listened to me--and had the exact van I wanted ready for me by the end of the day even though the vehicle was on a lot in New Jersey and we were in Connecticut. I was thrilled. They also followed up well. When at first I couldnt find the remote for the DVD player, Jesse swiftly ordered another for me but gladly canceled the order when I found the remote in one of the vans multiple storage bins. Another important point: although my husband was with me, Max seemed to pick up right away that I was really the one buying the car. I was never ignored in favor of my husband and Max and the manager Asish spoke directly to me at all times. I really appreciated that and was quite impressed. Im excited about our new minivan and totally pleased with the sales process at Enterprise. I would recommend anyone looking for a great looking, low-mileage used car go to Enterprise car sales.

The staff at the Enterprise sales division in Milford CT helped me through the car purchase with humor, efficiency, and professionalism. I was looking to replace a Toyota Prius that I owned for 11 years and my Enterprise sales agent, Jesse, promised to find me a car which I "absolutely would love." And he did. It was the third car he showed me – which had to be brought from a location in another state. Vic, who ran the numbers, was very efficient in his dealings with me and I felt secure in the information he provided. When i visited the dealership I always was pleasantly greeted by name and the offer of hospitality--coffee, tea or a bottle of water. Other customers also seemed to be well-treated and in a pleasant frame of mind. All this happened in the wake of an upsetting episode at the Toyota dealership where I started the search because I had my car serviced there for years; promises were not kept and the departure cost me hundreds of dollars and goodwill. The Enterprise dealership was well-organized, welcoming, and the car that I drove and purchased was impeccably detailed –it looked and felt like new--and I was provided with CarFax documenting paperwork. Jesse and Vic also purchased for me a set of Prius weather-resistant floor mats, and had Fed Exed to me an owners manual which completed the full set of Prius booklets. Jesse also took the time to pair my iPhone with the Prius sound system--a big help. I was assured that if the car did not meet my expectations within a certain time I could return it and Enterprise would keep searching until a car was found that I liked. I had my car inspected bumper to bumper by an independent mechanic in my neighborhood and it passed with high marks. From first to last the experience was positive and I would without reservation recommend Enterprise in Milford and in particular my sales agent Jesse Jablon. Sent from my iPhone
