I live way over in Wisconsin, and found a car at Wiz that appealed to me. I called and spoke with Jeff. He was very helpful. He was honest and said the vehicle just came in, and he hadnt seen it yet, but would look at it for me. He did so, saying it looked like it was in great shape. Of course, I was a bit leery. He then explained I could put a deposit on it, which was fully refundable. I chose to do so. Next to be safe, I called a local mechanic. Jeff drove the vehicle to the shop (about 15 minutes away) and had it inspected for me. The mechanic dealt with me directly, and gave the car a great review. The fact that Jeff went out of his way to do this for me, I felt said a lot. For what its worth, I chose the mechanic, trying to keep things in my control. Then came arranging travel plans. Jeff suggested I fly into LaGuardia, and take a shuttle to a nearby town. I did exactly that, and he picked me up. Jeff gets an A+ for all his effort on this entire deal. At the dealership, things became a little odd. This is why my rating has dropped to "Its OK." Everyone was nice, but I felt Mayor (in charge of closing the financial side of things up) was a bit pushy. Maybe its a midwest versus eastcoast mentality difference, I dont know. But at any rate, there was an extended warranty put on the car that I said I didnt want. After all, Id had it mechanically inspected. Unfortunately, I found Mayor a little pushy in terms of me keeping it, telling me a "scare story" about his kids and some big repair. True or untrue, Im a grown man and I wish hed just said "no problem, Ill remove it." Instead, he insisted the warranty could be refunded fully within 60 days. So, with a 1,000 mile drive ahead, I just kept it in place. Again, my choice. I could have continued insisting he remove it. Driving home, it made me wonder if he had a commission on selling the warranties. Probably. Thatd make sense. Next, there was another charge/insurance policy on the vehicle related to "Etching" the glass with a VIN. It was only about $200, but again, it wasnt something I requested or wanted. He said "its only $3 a month" and again tried to sell it to me. Where I live, I didnt need such a thing. They took that option off and re-wrote all the paperwork. Again, I wonder what commission, if any, he gets on those sales. Ive now had the car for a month and had absolutely no problems with it. Ive already put 3000 miles on it too. Its a wonderful car. I did write to the dealership and cancel the warranty. While the follow up communication wasnt great, they did say theyd take care of it, which they did. I see its now been cancelled. Overall, I think this place sells legit vehicles. I saw a lot of nice ones on the lot. Jeff was great. Mayor was good, but I found things a bit odd as described. Id suggest anyone go here, and give it a legit chance, but just stand firm when it comes time to sign on the dotted line, and watch for unexpected add on sales...

Horrible experience, was there this past weekend for four hours was ready to buy a specific car that i wanted. Upon arrival to see the car the salesmen states that the car is sold but it is not, of course i ask him to explain, he proceeds to tell me that "has a deposit on the car but the buyer is past the date to pick up the car so its mine if i want it". I look over the car and test drive it and noticed that the car has an engine problem and the car has been in an accident and the head light was holding on with glue and card board box wedged in there for the headlight to be level the salesman again states " the car has not been safety checked and once done it will all be fixed" also the salesmen does not know what warranty they offer so make sure you get you warranty in writing and in detail. After spending two hours with the salesmen my wife is getting upset as the facility was extremely dirty from the bathrooms to the chairs it looked like a cat attacked them and were never cleaned. During that time they ask me to put a deposit on the car and once they check out the car i can come back and buy it, while this was going on they did not know i walked outside to make a appointment with Mercedes to get the car checked out. They were all fine with going to a mechanic shop they know but not one that you choose because once i informed them of the shop i wanted to take it too they called the original guy with the deposit in front of my wife and told him i wanted to buy the car, then they came back to me and rejected to take my full payment on the car and said they fully checked it out for safety even tho the car was not running right and headlight had paper holding it because they knew something was wrong with it and did not want me to go to my mechanic and the original guy was not knowledgeable enough to get it checked out and to just sucker him into buying it. I asked them to put the car on the lift and they said they were to busy to do so and then next thing i noticed the manager and the salesmen leave the building and parking lot with the car randomly with out telling anyone for 15 minutes upon return after being there for four hours they gave me this fake story about how they decided that they are not going to sell the car to anyone now and go back to the action. So after all this waste of time i leave and i forgot my jacket in the building when i walk back into the showroom to get it they had the original guy with the deposit on the phone asking if he is still coming Monday to get the car i could not believe what was going on what a BIG SCAM FRAUD FAKES, RALPH WAS THE MANAGERS NAME I CANT EVEN REMEMBER THE SALESMEN NAME AS HE WAS A WASTE NO HELP.

Today, April 27, 2011, my fiancé and I had the lovely pleasure of working with a slimy character by the name of Gabriel. We looked at a Mercedes C240 silver, E320 powder blue, C300 White and BMW 335XI silver. I test drove each car and they were equally awful. The E320 was a 2003 and was very dirty on the inside. When I tried to adjust the mirror, the knob broke and fell off. The BMI would not start because the battery was dead and the dealer plate fell off the car as I test drove and Gabriel had to run down the street to get it. Lastly, I drove the C300 and the car is advertised on their webpage for $24,951 but Gabriel told me the car was selling for $28,000.00. Quite a mark up from the print out I had in my purse. After we finished test driving the cars, Gabriel began his predictable sales pitch. I was not happy with any of the cars but wanted to see what type of financing I would receive through the dealership. Well apparently Wiz II Leasing does not move forward with application and financing “unless it is a done deal and you have the money you want to deposit right then and there”, according to Gabriel. Gabriel is an idiot. He goes on to say that this is the way that all used car dealerships work. Again, Gabriel is an idiot, if he thought for one minute I was going to fork over $1,500.00 to them and then fill out an application and wait for the “bank” to come back with financing. Because I have breast and a vagina does not make me stupid and I was not going to jump at the first deal that was offered. Stupid, A.K.A. Gabriel realized this and began to apologize if I was angry because this is just their “policy”. He has to have solid deal before he talks to his financing guy, A.K.A. another stupid salesman, who will pretend that he has MBA from Wharton School of Business and try to explain the complicated process of financing. All the while, he probably has maybe a high school diploma or GED and his only skill is inputting information in the financing institutions online application program. I may give him a little more credit and say he knows the basic auto finance terms and will no doubt try to speak in finance terms to make himself seem more knowledgeable. Before I ran to my car, I told Stupid, that I have I have financed a car before and have never heard of such a thing and I will take my business elsewhere. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this den of fools.
