I have been installing 2-4 garage floors a week for more than 5 years and I come across a problem floor a few times a year. The technical department typically tells me to stay away from the floors with moisture reading above 12 because they are high risk and I agree with that. However I have done at least 10 jobs with readings in the 8 to 11 range and not one of them failed so I am really happy with how the 4150 epoxy works. In fact I have probably done over 500 floors and I have only had 3 issues and that involved the concrete popping off or my guy didnt mix the topcoat correctly. I give this company a rating of 5 because their product really does work as they say it does and they have really good technical support. I make a good living doing this all because the 4195 epoxy works exceptionally well.

1.0 star rating 10/6/2016 Visited online site to check out floor coatings. Was offered a chat session. The lag time between posts was about 5 minutes on their end. When I mentioned that the rep. typed slower than I did she told me she was multi-tasking ... wtf?! Then I called the place and was pushed through numerous products prompts which finally yielded a human person who asked what I was looking for? Really? Then I was directed to terminal hold. Lastly I sent an RFQ (request for quotation) and the person responded the next day telling me that the shipping to the SF Bay Area (from Anaheim) would be $50.00. Wow.... Went to Lowes

I own a business in NC and recently engaged VBP to expand my service offering. I cant say enough about the these guys- Fernando specifically (he is beyond helpful). Exceptional service and support beyond words even thousands of miles away. So glad I found these guys... dont let the baseless couple of bad reviews misguide you.. thats the 1% of ppl that have not a clue how the world and business ownership works. I can promise you that based on my experience that these guys really do care and do the best they can- which by the way is excellent. What more could you ask for? + superior products. End of story.

I was assisted by the sales staff with product purchase and we prepared the surface and applied the material ourselves. 1800 square feet of interior space took approx. 10 hours for 1 person to complete. Prep time was a couple days as we ground off glue residue that was left after tearing up a glued down carpet. The video was very educational and I am happy with the floor. I had my garage floor done by a commercial company a few years ago and my warehouse floor looks just as nice. The durability is excellent. We are running pallet jacks with heavy loads of paper on them and there isnt any issues.

If you have a customer service issue email or call Jimmy he will make it right for you. If you had a bad experience give them another try it will be worth it for the product you get at the end.
