Warning. You can not park your car near the street, because the day labor men, numbering from 20 to 40, will steal anything in your car. They are very aggressive. One trick they use is to place business cards on your windshield while at the same time trying your car door with their other hand. If you want to buy oranges, bananas etc, there is always a pickup truck in the parking lot to sell you fruit. It appears that Home Depot likes this, because just down the street is Lowes and there are zero day labors there.

My favorite store in the world. Always asked by the new employees if I need assistance untill they realize that I am a regular and allways know what Im looking for and how to locate it -its not rocket science. Lowes across the freeway, has like departments scattered in places (floor layout is planned that way so you have to see the other products your not interested in). I just like to get in and out because time is money -that is why I preffer Home Depot.

Should be Zero star. Bad customer service. Asked garden associate if he could help take down the 40-50 lbs pebble into my cart, the guy responded that hell get someone to help. And of course no one came to help. I have had history of bad experience with this location. I normally patronize the West Covina store - I regret going to this location today because bad customer service still exist here.

Dont shop here if youre not a contractor. Lowes is just down the street. This employee was rude because I didnt use the right name for what I was looking for. The horrible employee lectured me, then as I walked away, I overheard him bad mouthing me from the next aisle even though I thanked him for the help. I confronted him and told the supervisor there. Hes lucky I dont have it on video.

I was really surprised to see how busy this HD was at around 3pm today, it was packed. Even with all the other customers, Gordon from the pro desk found a way to treat me like I was the only customer in the store. He assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for and was very friendly. It just about made my day. Thanks HD and especially Gordon!

friendly neighborhood home depot. the parking can get a little crowded on the weekends. we usually just come here to get random nuts/bolts/moth traps when we need it, as were not exactly the handiest people in the world. staff is very friendly. self-checkout seems to take longer than having a cashier just check you out--so i dont even bother.

My overall experience for the past 13 years have always been great, this people are very professional and they go out of their way to help. I guess its true about going to a place were I am known,,, Great job to the Home Depot staff of City Of Industry.. just one thing... please make sure to keep fresh coffee all the time...

Got overcharged at garden center and then got an attitude when I questioned the price. It took one supervisor and two managers to resolve my issue and they were rude. This could have all been avoided had the cashier not had an attitude and just answered my question before totaling my purchase. Crappy staff at this location.

Terrible. Waited for assistance that never came - then, as we were searching for what we needed ourselves, they had us leave the aisle so they would help another customer with a forklift. Rude, unprofessional. We went over to Lowes and found what we needed with a friendlier staff.

The employees are not much. They wonder around the store as if they dont see you. Ask them a question and they say they are busy and cannot help. This place is highly not recommended, especially the guy by name of Steve who worked in the rental tool place. This place suck!! !!

Very bad service here, especially cant take rudeness from those fat ugly women, no loaders to help, store manager should be fired. I try staying away but come to this store when close bys are out of parts. Traffic is terrible and messy, felt vomiting for every visit.

Day light florescent bulbs give pure wight light are wonderful and save electricity. Manure for the garden is 99 cent a bag and most hand tools in the discount center start at 99 cents
